  Terrible Service

  My wife and I were looking at used Explorer. It was pretty nice but the Customer service was terrible. They let us take it for a few days. But while we were out they sold it to someone else. They had our number and could have called us and let us know but didn't. We were seriously considering on buying it. I wouldn't purchase a car from them if they were the only dealership in town. I would go to Vegas or somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend them to someone I didn't like.

  We Bought a 2019 Lincoln Zephyr MKZ

  Curtis treated us respectfully and listened to us. We were not high-pressured and we worked out a deal for the car we wanted, and a good price for out 2014 Lincoln MKZ trade in that was acceptable to both the dealership and us. We knew where we were, they were, and what we wanted. We both came out where we wanted to be. That is the essence of a good professional transaction.

  2018 Shelby GT350

  I ordered a Shelby GT350 about 5 months ago. It came in July 7. I dilly dallied for a while. I finally came to my senses & decided to go for it. Kevin Heath helped me all the way & his brother, Eric Heath took care of Finance. Great people, great dealership!

  F150 problems

  My new truck had a fuel pump go out , they had it for 21 days . I had to fight to get a rental car , finally gave up . Now it has 5 recalls , I won't take it back to Saint George ford .

  When the Operator connected me to the Service Department, I got a recorded message......Problem was the female voice's delivery message was way too fast and also was a very soft (hard to hear) audio level

  Ford Mustang

  On Tuesday april 10 I purchased a 2011 Mustang, my sales person Kelly went well beyond normal service and spent a huge amount of time and energy in finding me this car. His ability and treatment of me turned a usually very scarey thing, buying a car from a dealer into a perfect and pleasant experience. The manager Jeff & the finance manager Eric both bent over backwards in helping this deal happen. I will recommend you all and tell anyone who will listen about this experience. Thank you all for treating me like I treat my customers, I have been in sales all my life and it was rewarding to be taken care of in this manner............THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
