    Went to Spardley Barr in Fort Collins to purchase a new car met with Irwin totally awesome saleman to deal with. My whole experience was fantastic !!!!!! I will recommend Spardley Barr to everyone i know!!!!!

    Got the car in for the recall repair. They said they needed the car overnight to get the parts. They called about lunch time the next day, and the car was done. It's been running well.

    This the third review and I am done with this place. my first review, Anthony Pernice responded and asked me to call him. I have called him twice and it has now been two weeks with no response. Take my advice and avoid these folks. Their customer service is awful. They don't care about you at all. Their service department is even worse. Their complete service is a joke. I spent four hours there in person for an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were not rotated nor were they inspected. The front end was out anmdf they never mentioned it to me. I had to replace my tires due to the front end being out of alignment. Please understand I bought my truck from them and also purchased the service contract so they are the only ones to service my truck. My tires cost me 1,300 at another place and I also spent another $100 dollars getting my front end aligned properly. No one at Spradley Barr even noticed the uneven tire wear. If they did, they did not convey the info to me. Avoid this place like the plague because their service is horrible but their customer service is even worse. They don't care about the individual consumer.

    Service department sucks

    If you are as foolish as I am, you will put base the service agreement offered by the finance department. I say foolish because the service department is awful. My last service at this place took four hours. Yes, four hour for a smoke oil change. Apparently they they forgot me even though I was sitting in the waiting area. I have emailed all of the management but have only received BS answers. They also failed to mention my right front tire's ware. It has been 6 days and still no phone call from them. Has customer service died in our city?
