    John Hanna has sold me my previous car and I was very pleased then. I couldn’t believe I would have an even better experience with John Hanna this time. He had me walking out with a 2020 Honda Civic which I’ve always wanted!!!! This time a lease as requested by me!!!!! I couldn’t be happier!!     Bought a used 2010 Honda CR-V from Space Coast Honda, we spoke with John Hanna, he was a pleasure to work with and so was everyone else. Car is in great condition and was detailed very nicely. I highly recommend them!

    Disrespectful people

    We bought a Honda Pilot Touring. After you leave the dealership/ give them a review, their true colors come out. Disrespectful people. Got a flat tire in 2 days of purchase. Tried fixing it locally. Called our sales rep Bob Miller & explained the situation. He said bring it over. Drove over an hour to Space Coast Honda. Once there he started teaching us about how we don’t know physics & tire pressures. How we don’t have warranty on anything & how we don’t know to NOT expect any free services. We were willing to pay the $30 he was charged for fixing the tire. But at the end the disrespectful demeaning attitude of Bob Miller made us leave the dealership. Disgusting people.

    Bait and Switch

    They get you in the door after a few days of negotiating, and sit you down to fill out all the paperwork for your BRAND NEW SUV. This process is quite time consuming. So after is all done and ready to get the keys, they come in with a disclaimer. The car I was about to purchase had a 1000 plus miles (demo). I said no thanks I would like a new one..they said ok but that will cost you more. We walked out. Go to

    Mechanical issue after two days

    Bought and financed a used 2015 Honda Fit and it had a mechanical issue two days later. They repaired it, but now I am very unsettled with this car and the dealer offer few options in order for me to find resolve in this situation. They tried to just sell me a new car instead of a used one as well as offered me a leasing option. The problem is that I feel that I was sold a junker and I am stuck. Fingers crossed that I can get to work Monday in my “new” car. Still determining if I will report to BBB. I get that these things happen, but how about coming up with a more appropriate solution in order to appease a person that is spending 10,000 (sticker price).
