    I’m shocked!!

    I’m sad to say that I’m buying my second car from them and unlike my first buying experience this one has turned into a nightmare from week 1 , The worst part is they sold me a broken car and are trying to charge me to fix it , and every single time they charge the story and price ! Finally today I said I felt alittel taken advantage of because they know I’m disabled and single and I feel they knew they sold me a bad car , but the worst part is I was insulted 3 times while trying to get help , I was asked if I am capable of understanding! And I have never been one day late on my payment but I was told to make my payments , like I don’t?? And when I asked another sales person to help me he said yes I’ll be back and walked away over to the rude man and never ever came back to help me , also the rude man drove out of the lot mad and aggressively while I sat in my one tail light leaking radiator new car crying, I am shocked, Bad humans with Bad behavior and Bad service and Very Bad Car , if you are a single women or a disabled Adult be ware !! Again I am shocked, The do unto others as you wish so to you Moto on there wall is False , no one would ever want to be ignored insulted and charged for being sold a lemon , Also they will tell you that you are building credit by purchasing with them but today I also found out that was a lie to , they aren’t reporting Any of my payments my credits going no where fast ,

    They sold me unroadworthy vehicles!

    They sold me unaware. Not one but two Unroadworthy vehicles. Took the 150 out on the road and had to come right back. The control arms on both sides needed replaced! And then that didn't fix the noise. I returned and was told now the truck needed all new front brakes. As is where is does not apply to unroadworthiness. Two years later and no conflict resolution. Now... Dig this! I purchased a ranger from them also... Ford motor company mailed me a recall on the passenger airbag....... Said they notified me in Dec 2016...oh xxxx no! I wasn't involved until January 2017. What Ford did was notify the owner.... South Pacific. So.. There ya have it. They sold me two unroadworthy vehicles. They didn't ever fix the 150. I'm not driving it. I had the air bag on the ranger fixed... No charge by Ford. Everyone lost money here. I will retain these vehicles...my proof of the "crime"...you tell me. Huh! These people are the worst!

    Friendly sales person. Not pushy at all seemed to be genuine for sure. I would highly recommend visiting. They also have a full service tire and repair shop.

    Over paid for a lemon

    I bought a 2008 w passat fro.them a d the check engine flight came on the next day. When I told them about it and asked if I could give it back and purchase a different car they told me sure they would give me trade in value for it This was not even 24 hours after purchase. I now have over 1k out of pocket into this car and the bill keeps racking up. So be aware they are faulty

    Service? Not impressed!

    We stopped in to check out a couple vehicles. The salesman was great and even stayed past closing time to help us. As it was late and we wanted to think about the purchase, we left and intended to come back in a day or two. We planned to pay cash and had unique circumstances. The salesman assured us it was no problem. If we chose to buy the vehicle we could take it home, same day. We went back a couple of days later. Our first choice had sold but our second choice was still available. We again explained our financial circumstances, the salesman (a different one) again assured us it was not problem. We could take the car home same day. After a test drive we spoke briefly with someone we were told was a manager, to confirm there was no problem with our cash purchase. He assured us there was no problem, we'd be able to take the car home "tonight". At this point, it were early enough and we lived close enough, if there had been a concern, we could have left, brought back documentation and been back to the dealership before closing. But, since this was the third person to tell us there was no issue, we stayed and waited for the paperwork to be processed. This manager also told us, since we were paying cash there would be no fees other than the standard DMV fees, which we would have to pay regardless. I specifically asked if there would be admin/dock/filing/etc. fees as other dealerships charge. He said there would not. About 30 minutes later our salesman came in and told us there was, after all, an issue and we'd have to bring back the requested paperwork. It was late and not enough time to go home and get back before closing. We couldn't take the car home "tonight". Although frustrated, we continued to wait for the paperwork to be ready. When we went to sign, there was, in fact an additional fee. We liked the vehicle. It suited our needs. The price, although about $2,000 over suggested retail was still reasonable. We bought the vehicle. But, we were still frustrated. We felt we'd be led on and lied to. I wrote a letter to the owners, explaining our frustration. We also explained that we had a much larger purchase we planned to make in the very near future. When we went in to pay the vehicle off just a few days later, we again expressed our frustration. It's been over 3 weeks since our purchase when I gave the dealership my letter and nearly a week since our last in-person visit. To date there has not been so much as even an acknowledgment of our experience with them. As I said, we did make our purchase. Not because of the service we received but in spite of it.

    The best preowned car buying experience

    I filled out an online lead form about a car I was interested in buying. The call was returned to me within an hour. Big Dan talked me into stopping down to take it for a test drive. It was an hour away from my house but worth the trip. The price was fair and it felt very professional and legitimate to work with these folks. They have great quality cars to choose from. For the most part they are dent free, well taken care of, desirable pre-owned cars. After a brief test drive, it was a no-brainer that I should purchase this car for my wife. The finance process was so quick and simple. We were done with papers in about 15 minutes. The total experience was not even an hour. The even better wow experience was that we were snowed in for two days following the purchase of the car but they delivered it to our doorstep anyway. From the the first phone call to the last text to follow up on my overall satisfaction, the experience was outstanding. There are not enough stars on this app to give you the full perspective on how top-notch this buying process was. Now we are two days into owning this car and my wife is totally impressed that a used car could be that solid, drive so tight, and feel like a new car even though it has 90,000 miles on it. It is a 2011 mini Cooper that we bought. It is almost flawless for a car of that age and mileage. John in finance was so helpful and responsive. He got a rate established for my wife that was beyond what we could've asked for based on her poor credit history. We wound up opting in for the extended warranty, after all it is a used BMW product. The selection of cars, motorcycles, and other toys made it seem like a car Disney World/hidden gem out there in Albany. I've never been to that area before but I had a great trip and it's worth the drive from the Portland area.

    We bought a used vehicle from Aaron and Kelley. Our experience was great. We had are 2 younger kids with us and we were on a time limit. They got us in and out in no time, they were both super friendly and professional!! It was by far the best car buying experience we've had. We had been to 2 other locations and we had a terrible experience. We love our car and would definitely buy from them again. We recently had to take our car in to have a window serviced it did not fall under our warranty but because we had just bought the car the service center went ahead and covered it for us. All-around it's been a great experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone
