    Saw a great deal online, took a screenshot to remind myself, made the appt, great response..until...right before I took the hour drive for my appt, I noticed the price online had changed from 11k to 18k! Called to inquire and find out which was real before wasting my time. Told the receptionist my story and he acknowledged the issue and someone would call me back right away. Needless to say, no call. Beware! This dealership cannot be trusted!

    Dishonest-Lies-Misleading

    Absolutely bad service and misleading! We called before heading from Cypress and reserved the vehicle of interest, before making an hour to an hour and half drive. We were told the vehicle would be cleaned and sanitized for us and waiting. Only to be told the vehicle was sold. A courtesy call would have been great customer service but these xxxxxxx don’t have it. Sadly there were other vehicles on the lot that were of interest to my son but the misleading alone is what turned me away. The music was horribly loud but maybe so customers won’t hear them spew lies.

    “ Recommend!” Just purchased my second vehicle from Roman. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right car for me, a beautiful 2019 Nissan Armada. I would (and already have) recommend him to people I know. I will be a return customer, for sure!

    Nissan Corp. particularly with this dealership in South Houston treat their customers with personal interest and care. I encountered nothing short of friendly, courteous, compassionate service from David in the Pre-Owned facility alongside the Nissan team when I came in to discuss options for a trade-in. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for David! I left there truly happy and very satisfied with my new 2020 Rogue. You can't go wrong with South Houston Nissan!!

    VERY RUDE DEALERS

    Be aware buyers, This Dealer have the most rude sales person. I visited the South Houston Nissan on 02/25/2020, Waleed AlHamra was rude when I met him ! We couldn’t agree on a price, and The saleswoman who tried to sell me a car called me two days later 02/27/2020 to follow up with me, I told her that I just bought a Nissan Kicks from another dealer, she got upset and hanged up the phone on me !!!!!! I should have left the dealer the minute I met Waleed AlHamra. I will definitely share and write this review on all the web page has the name of South Houston Nissan.
