  Customer Service was fantastic. Once my wife and I decided to look for a new car, we decided on a Subaru since we had purchased one several years ago when I was transferred to Alaska while in the military. We went to Sommers Subaru our local dealer. The whole experience was great, we did not get pressured and the sale person (CJHill) went over both leasing or/and purchasing options on a new vehicle. The vehicle we wanted (style/color) wasnt available they made the extra effort to attempt to locate one at another dealership within100 miles or so which there wasnt one. They had asked if we would like to order one from the plant which we did. I have purchased several cars in the past but this is the first time I wasnt pressure or made to sit in the dealership for hours.

  I had a chance to meet Sarah, who was new to me. What a pleasant and friendly person! Very professional as well. Customer service is excellent at Sommer's, and has been every time I visit. They take great care of me as their customer. And the coffee and fresh-baked cookies are great!

  The quality of service that I received was amazing. The courteous manner of the attendant to the efficiency and timeliness of the appointment. The service remained in the time window given. They washed my car as a courtesy and went above and beyond and vacuumed it out for me!!!!
