    When I was considering buying a Subaru, I started asking around for the best dealership. I was consistently told to buy my car at Sommer's. I have since bought two Subaru Outbacks and experienced a very smooth and hassle free purchase both times. As far as servicing, I have always had a positive experience every time. The employees are professional, prompt and courteous.When my first Subaru was unexpectedly totaled, Derrike Cosby was incredible making sure that I got the exact car I wanted without any hassle. John Scudder (the manager) was also was incredible and made sure the purchase experience was optimal. Charles Cline is awesome at ensuring you know all of the latest tech and features in the car. I highly recommend going to Sommer's Auto!

    My wife took her Subaru Crosstrek there to get some recall work done, which all went fine. My gripe is that while they were doing the work she get's a call from the service department that she had three running light bulbs that were out and that they were asking if she would like them to replace them. The cost would only be $90. $90 to replace three bulbs are you kidding me! I told her to tell them to forget it. Last week I went and bought the bulbs myself for less than $5 and when I went to replace them I could only find one that was burned out. Replacing it required removing two screws that held the housing in place, replacing the bulb and then screwing the housing back in place. It took all of a minute. The other two burned out bulbs were a figment of their imagination.

    Do not lease! No loyalty! You turn in a perfectly good car and owe thousands, no negotiating! The standards at Sommers is no longer about the customer! GMC has loyalty with their leases! I do Love Sommers repair shop!

    I purchased my 2020 Outback there. I first called and explained what I was looking for and Jen found one and held it for me until I could get in. I then had Devin and he was very knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle. He thoroughly explained the auto and every step of the purchase.
