  THEY NEVER GET BACK TO ME

  Sent Email to check in for vehicle miles and they never got back to me , i did call and text and nothing so bad .

  Very helpful and caring individuals at Siry Auto. They worked with me to get me into a great car for a great price. I paid cash so I was in and out in an hour and felt like family the whole time. They are very fair and knowledgable which I cannot say for alot of the big dealerships in the area that I've purchased from multiple times previously. Thanks for everything guys!!!

  Great customer service. I didn’t feel pressured to buying and they worked with me. I will definitely go back when I’m ready to buy. They have a great selection of nice cars. Love their exotic selection.

  Improper response

  I asked two specific questions. How many miles on odometer and if it had rust. The reply from the dealership answered neither. They said to call. If I wanted to call I would have done that in the first place. Those questions could have been answered by email.

  Went on Cars.Com looking for an F-150 and on the site it said they had an 01 Harley-Davidson in stock, the picture online showed a basic XLT model. So I messaged the dealer asking for more information and photos. I waited almost a week with no response, then I get a flood of emails from what I think is the dealer, and they are, but not of the truck I wanted to look at, but other vehicles they have for sale. I'm still looking for a truck but I'm most likely gonna look elsewhere.

  I purchased a Lexus Ct200h & let me just tell you it was one of the best car buying experiences ever ! Jesus the sales manager, Ramon & Kareem in sales were all AMAZING!!!! I finally got the car i have been dying for with a good price! Also Fadi and Zack at the service center are AMAZING as well every time i need an oil change or something checked on my vehicle they never hesitate to help me out and go above and beyond to make sure i leave happy! :) no complaints here i would definitely recommend Siry Auto Group and there service center to everyone i know! thanks siry auto group you rock!!
