  I purchased a car here years ago and had a great experience. That salesperson left too. I was mislead in ongoing communication, then after being clear about my lowest price they called me back in to squabble over $500 then after I tried to make the manager aware, I got an email arguing about how great the price was and that things are ‘scientific’ and hard to adapt to now, implying I was a moronic woman. Left me with a very bad feeling

  A Great car buying experience...

  A very clean quality front floor area with pleasant, busy, people taking care of customers... Bill was our salesman, and he is sterling in both demeanor and ability... He found the exact used car my wife was looking for; in pristine shape... Upon arrival the car was ready to drive the paperwork was handled very well by Bill. The final papers were completed by a most efficient, and very nice lady, Kelli.. Happily on the road every day now, with no buyers remorse and a very high recommendation for Silveria Buick personnel and the Buick SUV... Thank You Silveria Buick...

  They just reply to your questions with generic email templates, they dont answer your questions. They just want you to come down to the dealership even if you live 3 hours away instead of answering a few questions.

  We started out via email through the Costco program. Ryan was our contact and he took the time, while moving, to pull over and discuss cars with me over the phone. Very helpful and able to answer all my questions. Al helped us when we showed up at the dealer. Very helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted and getting it delivered to Healdsburg quickly. All in all a wonderful group to work with. The finance manager as well, was wonderful. Quick at getting us through all the paperwork and explained everything. Made it easy.
