I was mislead in ongoing communication, then after being clear about my lowest price they called me back in to squabble over $500 then after I tried to make the manager aware, I got an email arguing about how great the price was and that things are ‘scientific’ and hard to adapt to now, implying I was a moronic woman. Left me with a very bad feeling
