    Horrible management and salesmen

    Was in contact with this dealership to purchase a vehicle. They waited 3 days to get me an application. I filled it out right away and let them know I was going to buy. After I give them all my personal information, they SOLD the car to someone else and then proceeded to try and up sell me to a higher priced vehicle!! After I said no I wanted that particular vehicle they stopped ALL communication with me and gave NO explanation as to why. I HAD TO FIND OUT FOR MYSELF THEY WENT BEHIND MY BACK AND SOLD TO ANOTHER PERSON! Do NOT buy from these crooks!

    BEWARE!!!!

    BUYER BEWARE - MUST READ!! - Purchased a newer used vehicle from Sherman Chevrolet and the car started skipping the very same day on our way home. Newer vehicle with 40,000 miles and when I returned the SUV they told me the car needed a new transmission. UGH!! I purchased the vehicle because I thought dealerships did a thorough inspection of used vehicles before they are put on the lot. We paid nearly $35,000 for a vehicle that we learned two days later needed a new transmission??? I was livid - but I guess that explains the hard sale in the finance room for the extended warranty that we planned to purchase through our bank. Might I add we took the vehicle back within days and it took nearly a month to fix. While the car was in the shop I ask the service manager to fix the winshield that had a small chip and buff out a scratch on the side of the car. When I returned to pick up the car nearly a month later and after calling serveral times to ask what was taking so long for the transmission. They returned my car to me dirty, with no gas, the windshield had not been fixed nor the scratch buffed out on the side of the car. I clearly expressed to the manager that I was unhappy. I ask the manager for a number for Corporate - the manager said he was uncomfortable giving me the number and told me they would have someone contact me - REALLY!!! Just an overrall horrible car buying experience. They did go ahead and wash the car but told me I had to fix the chipped windshield and scratch on my own which I would have had them do - had they communicated that to me during the nearly month long they had my new car. BUYER Please BEWARE and get EVERYTHING IN WRITING when dealing with Sherman Chevrolet.

    Comfortable car needed

    Dino is an impeccable salesman! His greatest attribute is listening to the customers needs and working from there! We had been dealing with another local dealership for over two days to no avail. Dino and the SCC team heard us, serviced us and satisfied all our needs in 3 hours, including staying 2 hours past closing time. Without hesitation I recommend everyone to go the SCC and ask for Dino, tell him that Terry and Jose sent you! Thanks Dino! We'll be back, I want the CT7! I need to add that Don in finance was a pleasure to work with as well!

    Went Shopping for 1 Car and Ended Up With 2!

    I had called to check on a mini van I had seen on their website and I spoke to Bruce. I had a few questions about the seat, he proceeded to go out to the van and text me pictures about what I was seeing. I ended up going to the dealer (Over 1 hr drive away) to see and test the van, taking my sister with me. The customer service was great and not only did I end up buying the van, my sister ended up with a car for herself as well! Bruce went above and beyond helping us get our cars!

    The service and sales staff is always a delight to work with. I've never had any issues buying cars or having them serviced when it comes to this dealership. Bill Fisher in the service dept goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled efficiently. Great dealership. Good people.

    The absolute worst service department I have ever seen. I cant believe how incompetent they are. On top of that they are soooo rude. There are much better choices.

    So I contacted this dealership through Cars.com. I was interested in a vehicle that was listed but did not have photos or a price with it. I got an email back that night from a salesman who said he would get the information for me in the morning. He got me pictures and a price quote by the next afternoon. The vehicle turned out to be out of my price point, but I am confident that I would have loved to deal with this salesman. He was straight forward and honest. What else do you want from a car dealership?

    looking for a pick up truck for my grandson

    Saw a truck on the internet that they were selling. Called and talked with the salesman. He went over the details with me. I made them a counter offer which they accepted. Because of my mobility, they brought the pick up and all the paperwork to my house. Truck was as advertised and described. We signed the papers at my house, I made the necessary payment. The salesman left with a driver that follow him here. Should receive the paperwork in about two weeks. The salesman followed up with a thank you email. Very pleasant experience.
