Buyer beware
by Kim Yarborough from Mount Vernon, ny | July 01, 2020After purchasing my used car from these people in less than two weeks, there was two issues, one is a leak near the o2 sensor/transfer case and two, a loud metal grinding noise coming from the left brake rotor that this dealership refused to address. There is a 30 day/1,000 Mile warranty attached to the car that covers these issues yet the dealership is still refusing to pay. I have contacted the senior staff many times to get a resolution and no one has reached out to me. Warning: 1. Don’t buy from here if you live outside Maryland. Once it’s off the lot, they do not care. 2. Demand a second key if you are buying used as part of the deal. Seriously, WALK/RUN away if it’s not case. I didn’t do that and I have to purchase a second key on my own which is extremely expensive. Don’t leave without it. 3. Make sure they do everything they say before you leave. The car was supposed to be detailed on the inside but all they did was wash the outside. There were dirt and blood stains all in the back of the car and the truck cover was filled with dirt. I had to get the car detailed myself which was an extra expense. Overall, the car was in better shape than some dealerships I have see it at. Only time will tell if it holds up.
