    Easy process on buying offered us the most on our trade really helpful with setting up new Traverse and willing to meet my wife at 11 at night to pick our car up for the dupont protection plan we added highly recommend stopping in and buying from them

    Drove from Northeast Indiana to purchase a vehicle we saw online. The purchase process was very easy, no back and forth. The paperwork process took quite awhile, several hours (odd since we paid by preapproved check ready loan), but overall a good experience. While driving home we realized there was no manual in the vehicle. We called to request one while we were driving, but had to leave a voicemail. We did not receive a response, called a few days later and were told one would be mailed. It's been over a month, still no manual. We tried to transfer plates and title at our local BMV and were told the dealer should of provided us with the hard title (we only received a copy). We had to pay for a temporary extension on plates and now have a few weeks to get the title. Left the salesperson several voicemails over the last 10 days, no response. Called today and spoke to an office person that said we need to contact our financial institution. When I asked why we weren't given the title so we could transfer it she said the sales guys don't really know to give that to Indiana customers and they've had this issue before because Ohio uses electronic titles. When I asked why they don't make their staff aware since this is a known issue she said she usually talks to people but didn't get to talk to us. Really??? I asked why no one was able to return my calls and was told the sales people get busy. If you don't live in Ohio I would suggest going to a different dealer. I'm getting the run around on the title (bank says dealer has to issue, dealer say bank has to issue), if I don't have the hard copy in two weeks I won't be able to drive the vehicle as it won't have legal plates, very stressful. The indifference of Sharpnack after the sale has really killed the whole ease of purchase.
