  My experience with Glen Sisneros and Sewell was great!! I had another dealer sell a vehicle to someone else even though I had a deal for three days prior. I called Sewell because they had the vehicle I was looking for. I just happened to get to speak with Glen. I live two hours away, I explained everything about the prior dealer and my financial situation. Glen had me complete the online credit app and send him some info on my trade. He called me back about an hour later and told me to head to Midland and they would have everything complete by the time I got there. When I arrived, Glen and his assistant Cindy were so attentive and made sure I was happy! I ended up with exactly what I wanted, a great deal and a new dealership for life!!

  We just purchase our 3rd auto from Sewell GMC. We have returned to Sewell as they have given excellent customer service from the Moment we walked in. From looking at vehicles, to test drives, to negotiations , to purchase they have been top notch. the service dept. is amazing too!   GMC 1500 Sierra AT4 Carbon Pro

  Our salesman Glen Sisneros helped us build the truck we wanted. We were not in a hurry, and he was very helpful and patient. We started in March. We were shopping for a new truck. When Covid pandemic hit production stopped. We looked around nearby cities, and could not find what we wanted. I went back to Glen in early June. We placed the order to build it they way we wanted. It was not going to be ready until late July. It came in 2 weeks early. The buying process was seemless. The whole team was great. I'd definitely recommend this place. Glen is not your typical pushing salesman. Very professional and friendly! He was just as excited for us as we were.

  I live 3 hours away and had been talking with a salesman about a vehicle I had seen online and scheduled a meeting for a Saturday. I filled out an online credit app and he worked up some numbers. On Saturday morning i let him know i was headed that way and he called me when i was about an hour away and said i would need a co-signer. I was under the impression everything had been approved and was never told i would need a co-signer. Nonetheless, I was able to find a co-signer but when we arrived at the dealership the vehicle was not there. "It was sent out to someone's home for a demo" is what we were told. Why would they send it out knowing i am coming from out of town to purchase that vehicle??? The salesman looked confused and kept running back and forth to the sales manager. My wife and i were so frustrated that we just left. Nobody from the dealership ever reached out to us afterwards. Overall it was a terrible and very unprofessional experience and a waste of time. I would not recommend to anyone.

  I was having problems with my stick shift so I took my car in and I was helped immediately. The service employee, Jaime Flores, went above and beyond and I’m grateful that Sewell has great employees.
