  Great customer service. Took my 2017 Enclave in for oil change and to have my antenna fixed. They dropped my headliner to troubleshoot the problem but did not charge me for it.

  It was a Saturday early afternoon but I got in quickly and the work was done quickly and everyone I dealt with was very courteous. The waiting area was comfortable, very clean and convenient. And the pricing was great to get from a dealership...I have paid more elsewhere. Thank you, it was awesome to get this done in Ada as opposed to having to go to a Kia dealership out of town! I am also glad you had on hand all that was needed for it—because I have had to schedule at another location so they could get the parts to change it. I will return to you for the next one.

  Underwhelmed

  1.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. The check engine light is on, they didn't see what codes it was giving, just said it's on. (No kidding, I could see that for myself.) Would have expected a dealership to at least check the codes, might mean an additional service for them to make money.
