    This place was a wonderful place to come. My sales person was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to anyone and everyone who comes here. I just wanted to thank Jared for being so great and knowing so much about the cars!!!!! He definitely helped me out and answered any and all questions I had. 10/10 would recommend.

    Disappointing

    I saw a car I was interested in online at a great price. I made an appointment to go there and buy/test drive the car. I texted with them that morning confirming I was on my way. It was an hour and a half drive. Once getting there we were greeted and taken in to the lounge area to grab some snacks and drinks for the kids. Once we sat down with our sales person and explained we made an appointment to look at the car and after answering a bunch of technical questions he finally went to get the car for us to look at. After about 30 minutes of looking he finally finds the car and tells us that the car isn't fit to look at and needed to be serviced. I was upset about making the hour and a half drive after making an appointment. They apologized and the manager filled our car up which was really nice and made us feel a little better. They assured us the car should be ready around Monday and they would call us to come back. I never heard anything. I called them and the lady pulled up my name and said she would contact who I was working with and call me back. I never heard anything. I went back on their site to see if the car was still on there and it was only with a higher price. They were friendly but just didn't follow through with what they promised.

    Deceptive sales practice using Cars.com

    I found a good deal on cars.com from Serra Nissan. I drove 2 and half hours to the dealership with a driver I paid to drive the car home. I was prepared to pay their ask price plus taxes. They informed me I would have to pay another $2700 in additional dealer fees. This is deceptive sales practices of the worst kind. This dealership gives cars.com a bad name for allowing these deplorable practices. They should be ashamed.

    False advertising, scammers, liars.

    Inquired about a vehicle posted on cars.com. I called them and let them know that it was a 1.5 hour drive to their facility. They said they still have the vehicle and and they would have it ready for me to test drive when I arrived. When I arrived they told me the vehicle was out front and they need to get some information before I test drive it. After answering the questions and waiting for an hour they told me that it sold at auction. One week later the vehicle is still listed on cars.com. I think they are using it to lure people to there dealership. Check out the reviews on the internet from all Serra dealerships, not just cars.com.

    Worst dealership in Alabama. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there to buy a car from them. Don’t waste your time go elsewhere. Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable
