    Purchased a durango

    I thought I was walking into a great situation I lookin on cars.com saw a Durango I wanted but the engine light was on in the picture I call to ask about the engine light and was informed that it had been taken care of and is good to go...last Saturday 9/5/20 I go and purchase the Durango around 5:00pm the next morning Sunday 9/6/20 I was bringing it back to the dealers because the engine light came back on and was never taken care of....here we are Monday 9/14 and I still don’t have my truck back because the light kept coming on for them I literally have not had the truck in my physical possession for 24 hrs...this has been a terrible experience...

    Great buying experience, some hiccups, still GREAT

    Highly recommend this dealership. I've never been to a dealership where everyone we ran into was genuinely polite, conversational and approachable. It was our 3rd dealership we'd been to, and it felt like no one at the other 2 were interested in selling me a car. Worked with Eddie Santiago (HIGHLY recommend him, I had a number in mind he needed to meet, and he worked up down and around negotiating to get it there, and sold me the car). Dude understood where I needed to be, knew I wasn't going to break outside my budget, and made it happen. He also was understanding that there were dents, scratches and some things I said i wouldn't buy the car til they were fixed. Eddie made that happen, worked it into the deal at a great price so I wouldn't have to take care of it myself. Car came back to me in immaculate condition. I was more than pleased. He genuinely wanted to sell a car, not an impression i get from most dealerships. Took a week to get the car back, and Eddie texted me updates the whole time so I could know when to expect my car back. Eddie easily earned my business, and if the review was solely about him, it'd be 5 stars. The overall process was great, but why not 5 stars? There were some communication issues and a couple of "what?" moments of looking for receipts for downpayment when i returned. But overall it got sorted, everyone was nice about it, and I would definitely buy from again.

    Joe in Service is excellent! The porter was a responsible driver and prompt. They took excellent care of my new to me Impala LTZ. Joe even made sure to show me what was done upon pickup and made sure my car did not go through the wash. Found my new service shop!

    Worst car buying experience ever

    Had everything prearranged prior to arriving after working all day to purchase a car.1st the sales person i was i constant contact with , wasnt available another sales person took their place, 2nd 2 credit apps were lost somehow.3rd the car i went to buy, suddenly couldn't get financed after i was preappoved and they sat they approve everyone.I took walk around lot, not happy to look at few other cars , i may have interest in.they were just.tried selling me a wrecked car with duct tape holding bumper on then came back with another junk vehicle i had no interest in.I finally left after over 2.5 hrs of them trying to bs me.i will never go back and tell everyone of my experience with that company.all they did was lie, to get me to come in for pressure sale of junk vehicle i had no interest in
