    Purchase 2018 Ford F-250 Platinum on 12/31/2020. Made deal with salesman David Welch, I would pick truck up on the next day on the first. He told me truck would be full. Truck was empty. Emailed David with several emails on my reimbursement for fuel. David quit corresponding with me. Called and talked with Bob salesman and he said Zach Sales manager would correct this.     They got my truck running great!

    I took my 2016 F-250 in to replace my def fluid heater and to repair a leaking radiator. They also found another hidden problem and fixed that for me too. I had an extended after market warranty and they did all of the paper work for me which made my life easier. My truck is now in top shape and I am totally satisfied with their handling of my truck problems. If you need repairs on your vehicle I recommend Seminole Ford. Just drive up to their shop door and then drive inside. Kevin will be there ready to help you and you will find that he and all the other employees are very friendly.

    Started out great, until

    Everything started out just fine, until I purchased the vehicle and drove away. I was about 25 miles away from the dealership headed home to Oklahoma City when I noticed the windshield on the used 2010 Ford Expedition that I had just purchased was cracked. Yes, I bought it As Is, however, I had specifically asked if there were any issues before making the long drive to Seminole. I was told no that it had been through a 31 point inspection and everything was good and it was in excellent condition. I was told it was on assignment with the dealer ship, which I question because the Carfax showed the title transferred to Seminole Ford. Needless to say they said they would not fix it because it was not there vehicle it was on assignment. The response was after I emailed and called for 3 days trying to get an answer. The communication after the sale was nothing like it was before I made the purchase. I realize it was As Is and I should have noticed it, but I didn’t and I had ask if there were any issues. I do not consider a cracked windshield excellent condition. I am more upset that no one at the dealership told me that it was cracked. I used most of my expendable cash on the down payment, if I would have known it was cracked before the purchase I would have made a different offer knowing I was going to have to replace the windshield. Needless to say I now know why USED CAR SALESMEN get such a bad reputation!

    I drove 5 hours to get the truck I want and expected a back and forth hassle when I got there but it went pretty good. they gave me a fair price for my trade which surprised me. a week later I am looking for a specific truck again for my son and I checked Seminole's website first thing and i'm 5 hours away. lol i have bought a lot of vehicles and this was the easiest.

    Alexis is amazing. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I was looking for a nice used car and saw one on their website. I sent in an inquiry and got an immediate response from Alexis. She answered all my questions, followed up with an estimate on my trade in and was able to get me a quote within a short period of time. Dealership is top notch and I strongly recommend.

    We recently purchased a used f-350 from Vernon. We live 5 hours from the dealership and Vernon made arrangements to meet us halfway to look and purchase the truck. I have been buying vehicles for 42 year and have never experienced this level of customer service. Even after the sale we had a minor problem with the truck and Vernon took care of us with no questions ask. He told us to take it to our local dealer and he paid the bill. I can't say enough good things about Vernon and this experience.
