Making the decision to buy a new car was scary at first because I felt intimidated by the fact that it just wasn’t possible to get the car I want at the payment that I wanted. They got me to where I wanted in payments while still providing me with coverage and warranties to make me feel better about be protected in the decision I was making. If it hadn’t been for Robert being friendly and not pressuring me into buying a car the day I came in a week previous I probably wouldn’t have purchased. If it hadn’t been for Mario’s determination to get me the best rate and best price possible I probably would’ve walked out 10 minutes into discussion. Thank you Selma for making this decision easy and getting me into my dream car.(:

Advisor Angel was swift on the required check-in and paperwork early in the day with my appointment, and the mechanics were quick and efficient on the routine oil change, tire check, and hose checks... done in less than 30 minutes, "Dang!" I didn't even have enough time for my complimentary mocha to cool off. I appreciate the explanation of what was done, what the results of the check ups were, and even their appreciation for me using their service. Thank you Selma Honda advisor and mechanics! So very consistent with your service! My purchase last year of the Pilot was so easy... third one in a row.
