  Got my state inspection at a fair and reasonable price. I dropped it off and it was ready the next day. The overnight dropoff box could have been a little more clearly marked. But other than that things worked out well.

  I think the entire car purchasing/shopping process is such a hassle and extremely long and the entire ordeal has made me avoid purchasing a new car for years. I’ve been to a couple car dealerships and this one was definitely one of the least pushy ones. I honestly didn’t know what I wanted and James helped me figure it out (I was told you need to come in knowing exactly what you want but I don’t know how you’re supposed to know what you want without experiencing it). The test drive was super informative and James was extremely patient with me and my indecisiveness (thank you James). I also explained to James and Hiep that I really wanted to test drive other types of cars and they basically were like “do it, get it out of your system, but you’ll be back” and I was lol. I still really dislike the entire car purchasing process but I wasn’t miserable going through it with this dealership compared to others.

  Five Star Experience

  My wife started corresponding with Bill at Scott Honda a few weeks before we started to look at cars in person. He was very responsive via email and even took videos of the cars we were interested in. He diligently answered all questions we had and even came in early so that we could see the cars we were interested in. The whole experience was very low pressure, and he treated us with courtesy and respect the whole time. I was particularly impressed that he treated my wife with just as much respect as he treated me. This should be a given, but this has NOT been our experience at other dealerships. He followed up on every request we had while we were there in person and allowed us to talk things over privately when desired. We purchased a car on our second visit, and my wife and I are both really happy with the car and the sales experience. I am so impressed by this experience that I will like make the 1.5 hour drive back to Scott Honda the next time I need a car. I give Bill my highest recommendation!

  Wonderful experience buying from Scott Honda. James was amazing to work with. Highly recommend buying from this dealership. He was nice and made the process very easy from start to finish. I will only buy cars from James at Scott Honda going forward.

  Terrible service

  I’ve been waiting nearly 2 months for an AC part for my lease with Scott Honda. The car is under warranty and they can’t get me the part. They can’t give me a loaner vehicle either. I’m forced to drive my car with no AC in the dead of summer for work and they can’t even let me use a loaner vehicle. Greedy and useless. My family and I will not be using them again. I’ll also be sure to steer friends away from them.
