Since the moment I drove away it has been nothing but a hassle, and in the year and a half I have had my lease, the service has gotten worse and NO ONE seems to be able to help me. I purchased a service plan, but it seems the information was "entered incorrectly" so now, every time I go to get what is supposed to be a prepaid oil change, I get charged and have to spend the next 30-45 minutes sorting it out. I have had to wait for over 4 months for a RECALL for an oil pump to be replaced. And NOW I am just finding out that they never submitted the correct paperwork for my trade/ new lease. I am unable to renew my registration for my lease with the DMV because it is showing that I still own the vehicle I traded and does not list the new one. I have talked to numerous people, and no one seems to be able -or willing- to help me sort any of these problems out. I will be looking to trade my lease with another dealership as soon as possible JUST so I never have to set foot in a Shumacher dealership again.

We have purchased many cars throughout the years, and we place this experience with Schumacher as one of our best. The salesperson, Gray, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. Gray actually took the hassle and stress out of the expected car-buying experience. Once we decided on the car we wanted, we were out the door with our new Envision in a little over an hour. Steve, in the business office was prepared and focused on getting us through the process as quickly as possible. No up -sales, and professional. I should note that it was an experience with Schumacher's service department in July of 2019, that caused us to consider Schumacher when we decided to buy a new car. We had purchased a car at another dealership and were in need of immediate service. Since we were out of town we had to make arrangements by phone at closing time on the weekend. Wilson n the service department exceeded our expectations. He kept us informed, and made every effort to place our concerns at ease. In addition, Wilson and his service techs caught an issue with car that saved us a lot of money and hassle. In my many years of car ownership, and we have owned and own a lot of cars, I have never been treated this well by any dealership.
