    Wow! This place is unlike any others! Excellent customer service. Didn’t feel pushed at all. Stephen was a great person to work with here! Would be glad to buy from here in the future if they have what I’m looking for.

    Very Negative place to buy your new car

    Worst and Negative Energy place to loose your hope and find cars. When you visit any dealer either you should come out with happy feeling or the same way you entered. But these people may change your mood and feeling guilty that why you chosen Schomp Honda and why you stopped by. I was working with Bryce Kitchen and Singh (Sales Manager). Both are very very negative people and talking very negative with all other dealers. At one stage Singh was threatening me that if you go to other dealer they will lock you down and call me for help. They were pushing me buy car immediately without any second thought or getting any additional information. Even Singh said he will not provide any more details if I am not going to buy car from them. Worst, very worst behavior by these people. If you plan to buy a car (either new or used) please go with some other dealer who respects customer and treat you as good. I want to give negative stars for their behavior but no option here.

    Terrible Customer Service

    Made a scheduled appointment the day after my original visit and test drive to purchase a vehicle, they only had one due to the specific model and trade in, but somehow they forgot to inform me that they scheduled to auction it off a few hours before my meeting. So when I drove 45 minutes to purchase the vehicle with the cashiers check for the amount they told me, I had to wait an hour for them to inform me that they in fact offered it in an auction a few hours before. No call to inform me, instead they just went ahead with the scheduled meeting and offered no information or assistance in finding similar vehicle after having me wait an hour for confirmation. TERRIBLE customer service.

    Scheduled a test drive for a car that was sold

    I've been a customer for this lot for many years and a few vehicles from them. I called to check availability of a vehicle and Shane the salesman said vehicle was available. Drove from Colorado Springs to test drive, they kept me waiting 45 additional minutes at the lobby just to tell me the car was sold. They knew this and made me come just to try to sell me another one. I walked out of that place and never buying a vehicle from them again.

    Very happy with Schomp Honda (again!)

    We just purchased another used car from Schomp Honda. The process is always professional and straight forward. The no haggle prices are fair. During our test drive, we discovered the engine light was on, and they immediately looked at the issue, and provided a major engine service to correct it (timing belt). The previous used car we bought was 6 years ago, and it's still in our family - running strong.

    Staff was friendly. Was just not too great of an experience because of the fact that we drove out of our way to buy from them and they didn't seem like they cared about our wait time.

    My wife and I have a 2013 Honda CRV with which we purchased an extended warranty . The rear view camera broke (the camera worked but the socket holding it broke and the camera view was of only our rear license plate.) We took it to another dealer and they told us that because the camera had a picture that it was not broken! We had heard and read good things about Ralph Schomp Honda so we took it to them. Jack in customer service promptly saw the problem with the camera and had it confirmed by a technician. Jack then spent some extra work locating the paperwork on the extended warranty (apparently it was not where it should have been in the car's electronic records but Jack found where it was "hiding" and also rectified that issue) The work was done that very afternoon and Jack arranged the use of a courtesy vehicle at an excellent rate. I an not say enough good about Ralph Schomp Honda and especially the care, professionalism and proficiency with which Jack performed his work.
