    Sean Flanigan was an excellent salesman who not only got me into my dream car, but negeotiable making a small repair to the vehicle after purchase. I was able to drive away with my absolutely dream car with a payment I can afford, without any haggling or negeotiable whatsoever. The car buying process was painless and easy.     I usually wouldn't leave a review without having bought something, but I received excellent customer service from Sandy. I was in the market for a used car and all of my interactions were prompt, friendly, and not pushy like I'm used to from car dealerships. I never felt irritated or overwhelmed and certainly hope I can work with Sandy and the Schomp team in the future.

    Don't seem to be able to do what they say

    I brought my CRV in January and asked that everything they found wrong with the vehicle be repaired, it had been small repairs since I had gotten the vehicle a year and a half before and I wanted to know the vehicle was completely taken care of. They did about $8000 in repair work and I even had a talk with the technician, since CRVs are so reliable, that it would hold up for a long time with regular maintenance. I was very surprised when, two months later, the car once again broke down and it was necessary to bring it in, costing me another $500. Now in less than three months I have issues with it starting, the check engine light came on and I have another repair of $1900 and was again told how happy I would be with how it runs. My goal was to have all repairs done, after everything was completely checked out, so that I didn't need to keeping taking it back all the time, so that I trusted my vehicle was safe and would run when I needed to. I understand that some things aren't detectable until they fail, but I've done very little driving since January and repeated issues make me question this dealerships ability to properly fix vehicles brought to them. There is also the fact that paying a bit more than it was worth in January was better since I was unable to spend time looking for a new vehicle. If they had been straight forward, I would have realized I would end up paying so much that I should have been looking for another vehicle, so they are willing to waste the customers money in addition to all the time I've spent dealing with going back and forth. In addition, on this last visit, when I dropped off the car, one of the employees made a comment about the only reason a woman would be out late and tired is if she was a burglar or a bad girl. It was crap locker room talk and there was no reason I should have had to hear it. I was exhausted and didn't say what I thought at the time, I should have, but I don't find being talked to that way to be acceptable under any circumstance.
