  Found the car on line. As I live on western slope they were willing to work with me and I was able to drive the car home. Paperwork is minimal and appreciated Javiers approach with me. Polite and no pressure.

  No support after the sale

  Dan King is very quick to sell you the vehicle, but good luck trying to schedule service after. I bought a certified vehicle that wasn’t inspected at all, the alignment was off and the air filter was extremely dirty and needed to be replaced. Spoke with Chris the sales manager twice to schedule service, he mentioned someone from service would contact me but never did. I traded in a vehicle that took over 45 days to pay off the bank was calling me constantly. Save your time and buy from another authorized dealer.

  I really liked the salespeople we dealt with all were helpful and pleasant. However, there were a couple of things which were frustrating. 1. We quickly agreed to a price for our vehicle and were paying cash. However, as simple as the transaction should have been, it still took over 3 hours to complete - which was contrary to their advertising “ 1 price, 1 salesperson, 1 hour” - very frustrating . 2 Again, quoting their advertising - we were passed back and forth between 3 sales people - all were pleasant , but again contrary to their motto. I thought the pricing was fair and competitive and would probably shop there again inspite of the breaches in their promises/ advertised claims.

  Lovely experience. Kyle was a tad pushy, busy, a little distracted. Almost the stereo type of a car salesman. He is nice but very face paced onto the next sale/text/ etc

  I had a very disheartening experience with Schomp

  They reported my trade in needed new brakes, clutch work and tires. An independent shop stated brakes and tires were fine. I do not believe they are honorable

  A car buying experience unlike any I've ever known

  Buying a car from Schomp Honda was a joy-I'm sure that sounds a bit naive, but that is the word which comes to mind. As I started the car buying process through my bank, once I decided what kind of vehicle I wanted I was contacted by various dealerships in my area who carried Hondas. Based on reviews I had read about Schomp Honda, I decided to start my car search with them. Javier sent me an introductory video so I would have a face to put with a name, and also so I could see the cars he had chosen for me based upon the information I'd given him. None of the other dealers did this, but rather hounded me with e-mails about making an appointment to go see them. The video impressed me, and I felt it said quite a bit about Schomp's customer service (I was right). I test drove the car Saturday, made my decision and purchased the car Wednesday. I think most of us have had car buying experiences which involved pressure from aggressive sales people, the sales person talking to the manager to get a special one-time deal, culminating in leaving the dealership with a car just glad to have the whole exasperating process in the past. Buying a car from Schomp is the opposite of that...it's so refreshing to work with a very knowledgeable salesman like Javier who is patient, professional, not aggressive, and whose goal is to make the customer happy with his or her purchase. Check out Schomp - you won't be sorry!

  Schomp Honda is a great business to work with. The staff was very professional and warm. The prices were excellent and I liked not having to haggle over price. Financing was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Schomp!!

  Fail, Expensive Fail

  When I bought the car 6/2017, I had to buy a "PureSeal" package that was supposed to clean the cloth seats when they got stained. It cost $549.00. I've been on the phone with Schomp for 2 days. No one can get this figured out. No one knows how to get the car cleaned. Including manager Steve Vonhousburg (spelling?) who promised to take care of it and did not. I'm still trying to get it figured out. If I can't get it done by tomorrow I'm going to Schomp and getting a refund for the price I paid - $549.00. This whole process is xxxxxxxx.

  We went in looking for a used car, and Javier helped us so much! He gave us the best no haggle price and also there were no hidden fees. The lobby is also so beautiful and buying a car was a breeze! When you go ask for Javier he is great!
