    Purchase a 2018 vehicle. This vehicle should have never been on the lot to sell. Many issues. Crack in windshield, Noisy window. Many scratches, inside and out. Oil was not changed before putting on lot. No owners manual. Car needed to be washed. Salesperson took money out of her own pocket for us to get it washed. We drove to South Dakota. Car would not start in am. Had to have roadside help. took car to dealership in Spearfish. Needed new battery. Also need to have issues taken care of that were on the recall list. we never got that list with car or were we notified. Received a call from dealer in Spearfish that there has been a warranty lock for the payment of the battery Who should be paying for this?? We were told we had a full warranty on this car. Made calls to Shoep. no one returns our calls. Our sales person has gone over and above to help us. The manager needs tobe more user friendly. Car should have not been sold before all theses issues were attended too.

    Traveled on a Saturday after a long day of working to look and inspect and buy a vehicle was informed it would be worth my time to come up and purchase the vehicle. I said I wasn't going to waste my time if we couldn't strike up a deal and was assured it was going to happen. My trade in offer was so ridiculous I about fell out of my chair as they would not honor 5 different dealership offers on my trade and gave a lot of excuses why the price was so low. Let's just say 4 grand less than the other dealerships. Called Dan the Man Car Guy and he tried to work out a deal with me on Monday after 1 attempt was not satisfied with the deal he wanted to do and said I would call him around 5 which he said that was fine and he got off at 2. So I called up to the dealership and another salesman said that another customer is going to buy the vehicle and is paying full asking price so in other words the vehicle was sold from under someone who was working on a deal to buy the vehicle. Very bad business practices I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership or wasting your time. BUY ELSEWHERE! Staff was also very unprofessional.

    Our experience was not particularly pleasant. The salesman didn’t really seem to listen to what we said we were looking for. Quite high pressure. I’m not anxious to return.

    THIS is the way to buy a car!

    I have bought a lot of cars so far in my life. It's a process one usually does not look forward to. Bait and switch, taking the whole day to do the transaction, waiting and waiting. Not so at Schoepp East! I saw online a Ram I might be interested in, stopped in, it was there, I met Randy Sosinski who appeared to be a straight talker. I drove the Ram, liked it, and said I'd return with my wife, since she would be the driver. He stashed the truck aside, we arrived 3 days later as scheduled, she drove the truck, she loved it, we bought it, we got financing thru Schoepp, and we were heading home with it not an hour and a half later! VERY easy process, very nice cars, and a heck of a good deal on a Ram! Thank you Randy and crew for a painless car buying process! We WILL be back!

    Worst Experience Ever!

    1 Star is too many. Arrived to find car not excactly what they represented after a 4 hour trip. Oil light came on on the way home. Dealership closed. Had to add oil and limp car home. Called, e-mailed, Even txted. Randy Sobieski was salesman name. Finally txted me telling me to get car repaired here. Not their responsibility. No warranty. Were not standing behind car. Worst dealer I have ever been to and I change cars every 2 years or so.
