    2018 TLX Advance SH-AWD Test Drive

    Salesman friendly and knowledgeable. He took me through town streets, highway, and a Rural Rt. So, I got to test the car in various conditions. I liked the car except for the seemingly cheap Honda-esq Dashboard which I thought could have been of a high quality, and the stereo system sounded like crap with the CD I had, but I plan to return with some higher quality CD's and give the system another listen. Lastly, the car's reliability concerns me, as last year's ratings were poor by Honda's standards. Other than what I said was the fact that I couldn't bring my lady with me for the test drive, because the salesman had a strong layer of cologne and she has multiple chemical sensitivities. I wanted her to catch anything I might miss but we didn't have that opportunity. I don't know about recommending a friend, as that would depend on whether I decide to purchase the car, and that will depend on my analysis after I test drive all of the vehicles on my list with an additional factor being the Best Car for the Best price.

    The dealer stuff were very professional, friendly and cooperative. They were willing to deal with me over the internet and by phone and they were quick to respond. They also were very reasonable with the value of my trade in vehicle. I drove 4 hours from Pennsylvania to Connecticut to meet in person and close the deal. I was out and driving on my new purchase within 2 hours or less. I would recommend a friend to buy there!

    Outstanding Professionalism

    I have dealt with a bunch of dealers recently in my quest to purchase a vehicle. Schaller stands out as the most professional across the board. The overarching theme and feeling that they left me with is that they are committed to customer satisfaction, with the intention on winning customers for life. Teri is hands down the best sales representative in our area. Brian worked at getting me the best financing and Gary is committed to continuing the experience from the service end (having accessories installed). I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market.

    Great Dealer for sales and service

    Been using this dealer since I moved to the area in Nov 2015 to service my TSX Sportwagen. Very friendly service dept. The service dept is always straightforward and up front with me and also doesnt recommend service work that isn't needed. The only issue I've had which really is not in their control is my passenger airbag is under the Takata air bag recall but they don't have the part for it and can't get any date from Acura for it. I ended up trading my car for this reason and because I wanted an all wheel drive. Mr James Merrill worked with me on a used RDX and then a used MDX which I ended up buying. I also traded in my TSX Sportwagen. Got a decent price not what I ultimately wanted but they made some compromises. James is a great sales guy, low pressure, easy to work with and thorough, answered all of my questions was straightforward and honest throughout the process. Brian Savo handled the initial paperwork and Brian Shepard handled the final paperwork and was very efficient friendly and had a sense of humor. I highly recommend both of them and this dealership for sales and service.

    Easiest car buying process ever

    I bought a used Acura TL at Schaller Acura and it was hands down the smoothest, easiest process I've been through in buying a new or used car. Teri Lupacchino was fantastic to work with and was very responsive to all of my questions! Will definitely buy here again!

    I went to the dealership to look at a specific CPO. Teri was wonderful! She took me on a great test drive and then her and Brian worked with me to get a payment I could live with. Whether you are buying new, leasing or purchasing a CPO, they treat you the same. I love me RDX and will definitely go back to Schaller!

    Best car buying experience ever!

    If you're thinking about buying an Acura go to Michael Uhiman. I had an excellent experience with Mike and throughout the whole process I never felt pressured. This was my first time buying a car, which was a gift for my fathers 50th birthday, and thanks to Schaller Acura we were able to make it happen. At the time I was searching for other vehicles and Mike was very honest with me regarding what the TLX had to offer. I really liked that Mike was very knowledge about all the vehicles on his lot, coming from an automotive background it was nice to have someone understand each and every function of the vehicle. The whole experience was pleasant and quick, Mike made sure to take care of all my needs. I also worked with Brain who helped me throughout the whole financial part of the process and that was surely an easy and straightforward experience. Mike honestly cares about every customer and makes it known that you're important. I highly recommend Mike to all my friends and family. If anyone feels a bit nervous about buying a car you should go to Mike, I promise that you'll have an great experience! Schaller Acura from now on will be the only Acura dealership I go to

    After checking out a few SUVs with a 3rd row seat, spending hours trying to find a comfortable SUV that met our family's needs, we visited Schaller Acura. Jim Merrill was great. He asked us about our specific needs and then walked us through the features of the MDX. He was knowledgeable, friendly and easily explained all the technology within the MDX. After test driving the MDX, we fell in love with it immediately. Jim knew that we had to get back to our young kids at home, so he quickly got us through the pricing process, avoiding the lengthy back and forth discussions with a business manager that are typical at most dealerships. We really appreciate that we were treated with respect and were given an experience that was customized to our needs. Visit this dealership to find out for yourself, and ask for Jim Merrill...he's awesome and you'll probably even laugh during your car buying experience!
