    This dealership doesn't pay attention to detail. Not sure if it's only for certain customers, but I speak for my own experience. Also, ALWAYS thoroughly check your vehicle for damages, even underneath because when they damage your vehicle they won't tell you.

    Hit a pothole going out of town. I had 2 flat tires. Thank goodness Scanlon Lexus had Saturday hours. They took in my car, gave me a loner to complete my trip, fixed my tires and wheels, with efficiency and courtesy . Bob Bush, the service representative showed his excellent professionalism, thankyou again.

    we were on vacation and I lost my car key. Every person in the service dept was friendly , but more importantly, was professional and helpful, and considerate. Mike Peterson, my consultant, did everything possible to get the new keys for me ASAP while ensuring we were taken care of as if we were his VIP clients.
