    I recently, as in this week, the week of March 23, had to take my car in for and unexpected service/repair. I was greeted by Kevin in the service department who was friendly and efficient. Kevin, as well as the mechanic, Jim, keep me informed every step of the way as to what they were doing with my car, what is wrong with my car, and how long it would take to fix my car. And I must also mentioned Gilbert, my original sales associate, who when he saw me in the show room recognized me immediately. That says a lot to me about customer appreciation and service.

    A very tiring experience

    Very long winded experience to only end up without a vehicle. I don’t have the best credit so I understand I’d have to pay more. But these guys ran my credit through multiple entities after I asked to only have it run through one specific source! They must’ve thought I wouldn’t know or the sales guy didn’t relay the message but I immediately got notifications saying my credit was run multiple times. Also the vehicle I inquired about was tucked away and didn’t start and they told me it had damage but I still don’t know what body damage it had. Wasn’t posted in the Carfax and nobody seemed to have documentation on it. They talked like the car wasn’t certified but it had a certified stamp on it and then when it was finally drivable and we get to the point of sales they throw in the extra $$$ saying oh yeah it’s certified. Got there at 9am left at 2pm. They didn’t budge on price in any way.
