I want to thank her for Sanford's hospitality at her dealership. The team always listened our needs and they were very understanding without adding any undue sales pressure. I loved the easy going atmosphere and everyone was so helpful. Excellent service with very professional staff. We were week two into the buying process with 2 offers from nearby Honda dealers. Sanford did not hesitate to better their price and gave me more for my old car than the large used car company that buys cars from individuals. The closing transaction was smooth as silk.     Me. Allen Black is the best! I bought a car from him about two years ago, and it was the best dealership experience I have had by far. I needed a new car but had some wants that weren’t easy to fill. The online rep for Sanford (sorry I can’t remember your name!) was awesome as well. Based on our conversation she picked out the perfect salesman for me and they had everything ready to check out when I got there. Mr Alan worked hard to get me all the discounts they could find for me, and got me the best deal around. Believe me I looked! I got a brand new Civic 2-door Si for the price of a used one. Fast forward to earlier this week, my wife needed a new car. We had been down to the dealership recently to get my Civic serviced (free oil changes for life) and she really liked the Passport. We came back and saw Mr. Allen again and he had us taken care of and out the door with our 2nd car in less than 4 hours. I’ve spent 12 hours at a dealership before and walked away with nothing. The finance gentlemen, Mr. Tim was courteous and professional as well. It truly is a no pressure environment and everyone that works that we have encountered have been awesome.
