    The sales dept. is excellent but the service dept. especially the quick lube is terrible. They will use aftermarket oil filters and other aftermarket parts. I mean it is a HONDA dealership. Who wants a cheap oil filter on a great car. I had to make four trips just to have two door handles replaced due to a failure to have the two parts there when service was scheduled. Also make sure you check your oil after service to make sure it was actually changed.

    Harrassing emails

    Don't dare make an internet inquiry. You'll be harrassed by email for weeks, despite repeated requests to stop. Out of 5 dealerships I contacted, this is the ONLY one that engaged in this ridiculously unprofessional behavior.

    Sold me a lemon

    I purchased a 2006 F-150 from Sanford Honda about 2 months ago. Since purchasing it, I have had nothing but problems. I have had to put new brakes and rotors on it, It has a cracked exhaust manifold, and the rear axle pinion seal is blown. All of these problems happened soon after purchasing the vehicle. I am very disappointed that Sanford Honda would sell me a vehicle of such terrible quality, and had to have known that it had problems. It seems like every week I find a new problem, and I will never purchase or recommend someone purchase a vehicle at this dealership again.

    This was my first visit to Sanford Honda. Worth the trip from Raleigh! These guys took me straight to vehicle showed me all features test drive. Were professional and not pushy. I could not pass up the offer on the car nor what they offered for my trade. Much better than any offer in Raleigh. Very quick on the paper work and didn try to sell more on add-ons.
