    This is the 2nd time that i have brought my car in for service and this time they scratched my door but i brought this up to my service advisor and she got me a Touch up Paint for my car. My main gripe about this is that i had brought a brand new Air Filter and i asked if they would put that in. Well they put it in my Air Filter but charged me $16.94. I would have thought that if they do an inspection and checked the Air Filter they could have just put mine and not be charged for that. At that point i will never recommend your dealer nor will i come back.

    Routine Maintenance at Sam Galloway Ford

    Time for an oil change, so I called the dealer Sam Galloway Ford and was told to Come On In! I arrived around noon on a damp, misting Monday, and was greeted immediately by a nice, personable service manager who signed me in and got the ball rolling. I waited, approximately 45 mins., in a clean and nicely spaced waiting area, where everyone had on a mask, and they were constantly contact surface cleaning. The service manager came looking for me mid-way through to discuss a question I had posed to him during our original meeting, then was back again to let me know that the job was completed. He walked me to the checkout desk, explaining the service checks they had done, (tires, brakes, fluids, etc.) and made sure I was satisfied, then said his goodbyes. All was done to my satisfaction, and done quickly, less than an hour, in to out, with no problems... just the way I like it!

    I always have a great experience at Sam Galloway Ford when servicing my vehicle. The waiting area offers both indoor and outdoor facilities,,,good coffee...and HGTV on the television. My representative was very courteous and efficient....overall a great experience.

    No one follows through

    Leased this car in 2017, purchased on October 2020. Paint damage occurred in August 2020, below my 36K miles, Ford refused to cover it because I was beyond 36 months by 8 days. I made daily calls to ford customer service for over a month and no one called me back. Decided to buy it anyway. Explained what had happened to the finance guy (can't remember his name, retired plumber from Jersey, nice enough guy) He promises me he's going to look into it, because that "just isn't right...maybe we can figure something out". That was 6 weeks ago, never heard from him. That really seems to be a pattern with Ford, whether corporate or Galloway. It's sad, I've financed my last 5 vehicles though Ford and I can't even get a call back.

    Phil in the service is very good. He cares about you and your vehicle. The only problem I have with my 2020 Edge is the way it shifts, not smooth!
