    Tip to bottom great experience. The only thing I would add would be a courtesy vacuum. But other than that greatly satisfied.

    Brought in my 2013 C-Max with broken ac. Told initially part needed was ordered and old be in in a week. Was called back by service and told promised part had been taken by another dealership and that they had no idea if and when another part would be available. Called the service department back after an internet search and told them I had found the part and it could be in within 3-5 days. Service didn?t believe me and asked where I found it and said he would get back to me. Was called back within 2 hours and told the service manager had done some additional ?looking? and the part would be in the next day! Waiting for after Christmas to take C-Max in to get repaired. Very frustrating and poor customer service.

    Would call the service advisor on my truck to get information, he said he would call me right back, I would have to call him back after either a few hours or a few days to get a response. Said it would take three days to get my parts in and I had to call him back week later to find out status. Not all parts in I had to call a week later to see if all parts were in. Felt as if I didn?t stay on top of what was going on I still might not have my vehicle done. Disappointing because my vehicles under warranty, this is the closest dealership.
