    Went here to see a 2019 Tucson Hyundai. I received an email response that the car was taken home by the manager.. didn’t realize dealers were allowed to take cars home? Anyways, they said they would make sure to have it back the next day so I could see it. Went in the next day and the guy said that he didn’t tell me it would be there the next day.. I had email proof, but whatever. I didn’t end up going back. Manager was just adding miles to the car.

    Going on 3 wks and hasnt received gift card. I constantly asked about it when i was at dealership. Kept brushing it off. I sent email, no response from Edwin Guadamuz and also texted sales person, Benny 2x. Kept saying they will take care of it. Promo was false advertising, dont fall for it.

    Wasted hours of my time

    Huge waste of my time! Was told they would take my car in trade for $4400 then several hours after doing paperwork and waiting around changed it to half the initial offer! Payment they said they could offer me of $99 went up to $290 and they wanted $1500 cash after I told them I had zero down. They are deceptive not to mention unprofessional. My co-signer, fiancé and I agree we won’t be going there ever again. Going to sell my car and buy at Carmax. It’s a complete waste and disrespectful to lie to a customer after they were �� percent clear what their expectations were.

    Be Careful When Dealing With Sacramento Hyundai

    I visited Sacramento Hyundai after finding a vehicle listing on this website and contacting them through it. Unfortunately, when I visited the dealership in person, the staff was unwilling to honor the price listed on cars.com and the resulting out-the-door price they quoted me via email. Be careful dealing with Sacramento Hyundai, and be prepared to pay a higher price once you are on their premises.

    Poor After Sale Support

    The following is an accurate representation of our experience with Sacramento Hyundai . . . . We purchased a 2011 Hyundai Tucson from this dealer about one month ago. On the day we went there for the first time the salesman and I noticed that the side of the car had been keyed. The salesman said probably by a homeless person, maybe the night before. We were assured the six foot long scratch would be repaired. In fact while we were inside doing the paperwork their service department was working on the repair. So, no problem! When we drove the car home I noticed the scratch was nearly gone. Well, about one week later after a few rains, the scratch had reappeared. So, we took it back to the dealer to fix again. They took it into the service department then brought it back out about one hour later. Nothing had been done with the scratch. They suggested DIY. There are a couple of problems here. This paint damage was clearly done before we even saw the car. The selling price was not discounted for the damage. And, I am not a professional body man. There is obvious risk here that if I tried to repair the damage. I would probably just make it worse. We contacted the President of the dealership. No response. We contacted Hyundai Auto Company. So far we have had no response from the dealer. No offer to fix it. No offer to adjust the selling price. This is not the fault of the salesman, but lack of any solution from their Service Department and lack of any want or interest from their President, Chris to offer any resolution.

    Poor After Sale Support

    We purchased a 2011 Hyundai Tucson from this dealer one month ago. On the day we first went there to look at this Tucson the salesman and I noticed the side of the car had been keyed. So, we took it back to the dealer for repair again. Note: It took them two tries to fix a leaky tire on this car. OK, they took the car back into their service department. The selling price was not discounted for this damage. And, I am not a professional body repair person. Most likely I would make it worse, not better. We contacted the President of the dealer.     I went here to look for a Hyundai Elantra and the salesman was able to upgrade me to a sonata for the same monthly payments. I got a better, safer car for my family and the guy I worked with for the sale was amazingly sweet and wanted nothing more than to help me and my family be in a safer more reliable car. We left the lot with a beautiful sonata a few hours later. I've already recommend this place to a coworker of mine who is looking at their cars this weekend. Great place!
