    Great communication prior to purchase. Emails were answered promptly with detailed information about the vehicle and the process. Vehicle was ready and prepared for a test drive prior to our arrival. Information was provided about the vehicle history and the inspection conducted. Purchase process was easy and pleasant, they even found a better loan rate than our usual lending institution gave us. A very good buying experience.

    Mistakes happen. I was calm but told them I was not happy. They keep spamming my email for a review. Here it is. In short: They took a long time. They lost or mis-entered my phone number. Despite over $600 of service on a car that gets all oil changes from their garage they charged me $16 to top off oil. When I received the Jeep it had 1 gallon of gas left. My repair service December 2020 was very different than my other dealings with Ryan auto mall. We bought our Jeep Renegade there. It has been serviced there since 2016. All other interactions have been positive. I needed brake service. I called asking for their lightest day of the week. They said first thing in the morning. I dropped the car off and waited 5 hours. No estimate. I called and was told I would receive a call back. No call came. 4 more hours and 4 ignored calls later I finally reached a my tech. He said he lost my number and apologized. Everyone makes mistakes not a huge deal. Then he said my oil was low and he wanted $16 to top off my oil. I told him that I got my oil changed at his garage and usually would get a top off free. He wanted $16. I paid it. I'm getting roughly $700 of service. He's acknowledged his mistake in losing my number. He still wants $16. The repair was not ready until the next day. When I got the car the gas tank was empty. It was low when they got the car but the gas light was not on. Now it was on and showing no gas left. I went straight to the nearest gas station and when I filled the tank fount that they left me with 1 gallon. A courtesy fill might be nice but I would at least expect that I would have enough gas to make it home. Altogether a very unsatisfactory experience.

    I had been having issues with front end noise on left turns. It was getting worse quickly. Really starting to grind. I called Ryan Dodge this morning at 7:05 talked to Erik and got a 9:00 a.m. appointment for the same day. He was great to deal with. I showed up a little early, no issue. Went on a brief test ride with Joe, my technician. They dug in to it and sure enough it was a bad drivers side wheel bearing. I drove out before 11:00 a.m..... Fixed!! No noise!!!Done the same morning!! I have learned over the years that Ryan provides great service availability, fixes done right at a competitive rate. Why would I go elsewhere? They were all outstanding to deal with. Thank you...........!

    Bought my Jeep Renegade here. I get all my service done here too. They never complain about taking off the skid plate when they do an oil change. I trust them.
