    Lousy service. Called and spoke to Joseph about a GC Limited that they had advertised. He said he’d run the numbers and get back to me. I sent him all the info on my trade. He never called me back or responded to any of my text messages. I guess I have to shop elsewhere.

    Even though I wasn’t able to go to the actual dealership because of the Covid-19 the people that worked with me to get the car were all the help I needed.     Incompetence Loses $4K Sale

    I scheduled a test drive for today at 1pm for the 2013 Dodge Dart. I got here and they told me to meet the sales person in the nearby Ralph's parking lot. I am here looking all over and he is not here anywhere. They gave me his number and told me to contact him but not to tell him who gave me his number, that sounds suspicious as all xxxx and instantly made me decide that I don't even want to buy from this dealer. I'm just trying to buy a car, why does it have to be so xxxx difficult for you? It's a shame because this dealer is the actual manufacturer of the vehicle, so I suppose I can expect the car to be just as much as a pita. Rating: F-

    Bait and switch.

    I recently visited this dealership on 2 separate occasions. The first time I was there, I spent 7 hours trying to get the car that I wanted!! The Dodge Challenger 1320 Scat pack is listed on thier website for 39k. Even though, according to them I qualified for that amount, they wouldn't give me the vehicle I wanted. Instead, they attempted to put me in a vehicle that I did NOT want with a very high note!! NO DEAL!!! The second time I went there was only because the guy that I dealt with contacted me saying they could get me in the vehicle I wanted, So, I made the long trip back out to thier location. This time, after a 10 hour wait, they FINALLY were able to get me into a 2019 Widebody Scat pack Challenger BUT...... THE NOTE WAS 895 DOLLARS!! Long story short, the prices advertised on the website are only to draw you out there!! Once you get there...........LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!

    Live in San Diego and didn’t want to make the drive unless the had a car worth driving up for. One said new arrival with no pic. I asked for a pic via email and no reply. I found one with a pic I did like and asked about that one. Was sent an email stating I’ll see if someone can locate the car. After 24 hours had past I send another email asking still trying to locate the car? Still no reply. Not very professional if you ask me and a lost sale to boot. I worked with Maggy or Magnolia but the name does not show on the drop down menu.

    Sale Went as Planned

    I made an internet request and was called right away. Osiel (Ozzy) Ramirez and Joshua Alvarado took care of business. Had a trade-in and was fairly done. Everything went as planned, although I saw the truck at night and didn't notice a few scratches. Whatever, still happy with the deal I got.

    Employees are lost they don’t seem to know how to do their job. They also have poor customer service and no one knows were the managers and I have been here for multiple occasions.

    They do not honor advertsed price and they don't care if it's illegal. They chalk it up to their "agressive advertising". Unethical dealership. Vikas Mehandro, the general manager, (or that's what he called himself) stated that this was just the way they do business.

    They are doing Bait and Switch. Fake Prices!

    Prices listed on cars.com are fake. Their communication via SMS is fake. When you have them cornered they make up total BS stories about pricing and all of a sudden forget what car you were negotiating.
