    I went in for a simple purchase but what i was lead into was false advertisement of the vehicle i was interested in online. the salesmen had attitudes (rolling of eyes and blunt rudeness)and out of true shock i panned around to look at my environment and the sales associates all looked like hungry sharks...stay away from this place!

    Checked our a used car as the price was very attractive. Of course, it ended up too good to be true as -- besides expected license/tax fees -- they added over $4,000 in charges that I could not decline, including LoJack, some sort of Mopar warranty on the trim/interior (depsite the fact that the car was not from the Mopar family), and $500 for nitrogen in the tires... again... $500 for nitrogen in the tires.

    it was memorial weekend! Salemans was horrible. I had interaction with different saleman. One told me go to the storage lot and look around by myself. And couldnt go with me. Then said run your credit 1st, then I could go with you.

    We drove an hour yesterday to come look at a vehicle we found online and only at the end when we were going to purchase the car did they tell us we had to purchase their add ons for $4,500. At first they said they were "optional" but when we told them we didn't want to purchase the add ons and only wanted to purchase the vehicle for the listed price did they say that was not possible. It was such a terrible experience and a waste of time. I will be reporting this company to the bbb for listing fraudulent prices.

    Beware of advertised price

    Beware of the advertised price! I got in contact with the salesman the day before and agreed on a price at 8pm. Go in the next morning at 9am and all the sudden the price changed by $5,000 more. I had in writing the price was good for 2 days and they would not honor their own price. They told me the manufacture controls the pricing but the MSRP stayed the same and the rebates stayed the same the only thing that changed was the dealer discount. They would not honor the price from 11 hour difference. Be careful for the bait and switch.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I retracted my previous review because this place treats you well and lies to you just so they can get the sale ... I just received a statement recently from my previous leasing bank and they are charging me the excess miles and termination fees that Giovanni (sales manager of course no longer works there) promised he would take care of if I purchased the new Jeep. I went in on Friday and they made me wait for over and hour and a half then asked me to return on Monday today just to make me waste more time as I waited for almost 45 minutes for someone to acknowledge me only so they can tell me they weren’t going to honor the agreement. I regret buying my car from them, lesson learned.

    the person I had this experience knew nothing about the cars and worst part was she didn’t know the correct prices, or model of the car, after all the paperwork was done they tried switching up the price once again. Total headache

    Lousy service. Called and spoke to Joseph about a GC Limited that they had advertised. He said he’d run the numbers and get back to me. I sent him all the info on my trade. He never called me back or responded to any of my text messages. I guess I have to shop elsewhere.
