    Bait and Switch Sales Routine

    We went into this dealership because they had a significantly less (2K) advertised price for a new car. Once we agreed to purchase, ran our credit, the salesman said that we MUST by the "accessories so they can make a profit". These accessories were Lo Jack, Apps for tracking, etc. Basically features we were NOT interested in. Salesman brings out the manager and he says we cannot purchase the car without these "optional" features. Its not optional if it is mandatory to buy the car. They showed zero respect for our time by doing this. Buyer beware- advertised prices are only to get you through the door! Awful experience!

    Beware of shady business practices

    Very shady (if not illegal) sales tactics. Promised an advertised price inclusive of rebates and discounts...then force you to purchase tire, paint, theft insurance plans. If you refuse the plans you get 0 rebates/ discounts. Then they apply the cost of the plans against the amount of discounts ...raising your net cost...if thats not bad enough, they charge you for the cost of the plans again as 'extras'. Sold me a car with no floor mats, keys, warranty/service/ manual or fuel (said they would mail them...3 weeks ago). Got RAM customer service involved and even they can't get the dealership to respond to them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

    First I had to argue to get the price that was offered online, and then they tried to get me with the add-ons which were about 5k on top of the price. After telling them that I don't need no paint protection or fancy alarm system they wouldn't take it off. So when you see a price online, be aware that you have to pay 5k in aftermarket products.. which are no where advertised online. they try to get the customer in to their dealership and then surprise you with the additional costs : its called Bait and Switch, the first sales rep even confirmed that they do this here. Sales Manager was very rude and disrespectful and in no way explained why they are charging the add-ons but just had a bad attitude the whole time. Not coming back and would never recommend to anyone going to this dealership

    dead battery following day after purchase

    Purchased a vehicle, the FOLLOWING DAY THE BATTERY DIED. Contacted the salesman JOHNNY and said his manager approved for a reimbursement. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING

    Horrible customer service

    Worst dealership experience! Ran my credit and had me sit there for hours ! Wouldn't recommend for a friend ! Julian was my car sales man , took 1 hour to find the truck and it had dents/scratches on the front bumper.

    They asked me what race I was.

    Walked in with perfect credit, and a considerable down payment. First they pulled a bait n switch, then when their standard negotiating failed, they pleaded with me to come see the sales manager in their booth. For no reason whatsoever, the sales manager asked what race I was. I couldn’t see what relevance this had to the sales process. Once I told him, he seemingly didn’t want to sell me the car at their advertised price. I understand that sales can be difficult, but there is no reason to bring race into it, or even ask someone about what race they are.

    Used Car Dealership Experience

    Came in to purchase a used car and got the true "used car lot" experience. If that's what your into, this is your place. If not, go elsewhere. The as advertised price did not include the dealer add one, which included $3k of high margin accessories that I would never purchase (including $500 for nitro air in the tires). They refused to remove the accessories and honor the online price, provided a high interest rate. When I asked for what I viewed as fair compromises the sales guy's response was "C'mon you have to leave some meat on the bones for me"

    Very very bad

    Tell everyone, this is my personal experience, there is mail, SMS evidence, this car dealer is a liar, I fancy the car, let me pass, after I went, I waited more than an hour and said that the car was not there, and arrived in a few days It turned out that many days passed, and said that the car was gone, but the result was that his employees bought it at home! This is simply a liar! I hope everyone will stop going to this dealership! It's too bad, I will expose this dealership on various platforms!

    Dealer Installed "Options"

    VW CC for sale at this dealership, looked like a fair deal for the vehicle. Only issue was these dealer installed "options". To be more concise, you guys should call them MANDATORY since you can't avoid paying the $4780 in extra options. I could go buy another car with that money! What a scam! I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

    They will say they are the lowest prices around but they add dealer installed extras that jack up the prices. All these extras are installed by them...it’s a security system....it’s a freaking module that they could uninstall but they don’t. They don’t disclose the actual price till you ask for the out the door on paper. Do not believe they have invested hours and hours in aftermarket crap-it’s not true. Just ask them about the extras! Always read what they’ve added! Tax,title,stupid doc fee which is a joke,tires and that’s it people!! I had a quote that went from $30k(before tax and title) to $40k out the door! $10,000?!?? I even tried buying used and they still can’t respond with a decent out the door quote! Used is used! Management was no help and seem to hate when you ask the extras to be removed. Maybe it’s time for a better team selling cars?
