    Called service dept to schedule recall repair on airbags. Told no appointment required. It would not take long. Got to the dealership and asked if I had an appointment, explained we called and told appointment not required. Then told at least 4-6 hour wait, and could I make appointment to come back. I was not happy. I did not have 4-6 hours to waste. They then offered rental for day, why not offer rental when we called. I need an SUV as I had large objects to move and was leaving for NC next day. The service person then told me NOT GIVE HIM ATTITUDE! We have purchased nine vehicles from this dealership, the last one a Honda Odyssey. Had nothing but trouble with the electronics and it went back to service department many times. Each time they denied any problems and were rude unhelpful and told lies about contacting us and the problem. We sold the Odyssey and they will not be getting this repeat customer back, or any family or friends we can influence not to go there. Terrible, rude arrogant service department is ruining the dealership. We have told management and sales staff many times, they do not care. DO NOT use this dealership, run don’t walk to a dealership that cares. You would have thought with the social media available today they would protect their reputation better.

    Overcharge for repairs not under warranty

    Tried to charge $1000 for replacing two wheel bearings on Honda Civic! I went elsewhere for half the price. Also charged me a $126 for diagnostic fee. If you do not have extended warranty on car, I would avoid this place for repairs.

    This has been the worst experience at a car dealer as of yet and I wish I could give them zero stars. So I came to get my tire changed. my husband arrived at around 7 am and the car wasn't checked in until 9.30. I was at work so I called my husband to see what was the hold up because it was 9.30 and we had an appointment at 11.15. He said that the tech told him it wouldn't be completed until at least 12 o'clock meaning 5 hours after the time that he had arrived! so I called up to the service department myself while my husband still was on the phone and I spoke with Alex. not only was he rude but when I asked to speak to a manager, he stated that his manager was too busy and couldn't come to the phone but my husband watched him not even make an attempt to look at the manager! they were unwilling to schedule an appointment for a later time, and Alex hung up in my face without getting my name or number. when my husband asked to speak to the manager named Steve, he seen Steve tell the tech " I'm too busy for this right now I'm not going to deal with that." I requested for my car back and I will NEVER be back again.

    Brian Crews and the whole Russell Smith staff are such a blessing to work with. Brian worked very hard to find me the right vehicle, in my budget, for my first car buying experience. I'd never purchased a vehicle on my own and the whole team made it a complete success. I'll definitely be back and so will my friends and family.

    My wife and I had a wonderful car buying experience at Russell & Smith Honda. Muhammad did a great job in explaining me the differences between each trim level and the features that are important for a daily commute. We were very particular about the interior and exterior color combinations and Muhammad showed us all possible color combinations without rushing us through the selection process. Muhammad was very knowledgeable about the features and gave us a nice presentation on car features on the day we took the car delivery. Jake took care of the finance part of the purchase and he did a great job as well.

    Engine needs replacing along w Comp Oil Change

    I purchased a used Honda Accord w them and at the time of the Comp Oil Change(less then 6 months) I was notified that the engine needed to be replaced. The dealership pawned the preexisting condition of motor on to the buyer then washed their hands of the car as quickly as possible. Buyer beware of the quality of their vehicles, and of course do not expect any resolutions from them. Their service dept wont quote you accurately as well so keep an eye on every move they try if you are forced to deal with them on repairs.
