    Negligence
by Len from Bozeman, MT | September 22, 2020

Negligence ... I read great reviews of this dealership and felt comfortable enough to fly in from out of state to purchase a pre-owned manual transmission Subaru Outback for my 20-year-old daughter. She was delighted with the selection! We met with Kenny, drove the car, pored over the vehicle report and history, arranged for financing and then drove off the lot happy to begin the 1300 mile drive home. Once home I made an appointment with my mechanic to address the Tire Pressure Monitoring System; the only open issue disclosed on the vehicle. I knew through personal inspection the vehicle would require new tires as well. Upon completion of the servicing, I was quite alarmed to hear of my mechanic's findings with the vehicle. •SEVERE RUST to the undercarriage •THREE OPEN RECALLS from Subaru I fully realize that I purchased a used vehicle, and that there is always a level of unknown. However I chose a reputable dealership for my purchase to alleviate as much risk as possible. I had done my research and checked several dealerships and vehicles. In the process I found it standard practice that dealership vehicles were well-inspected and serviced before being listed for sale. I was shocked that the above information on this vehicle had not disclosed ! My mechanic was amazed how a dealership could knowingly sell a vehicle with open recalls unaddressed? I was aware of the likelihood of rust on a vehicle in the Great Lakes region. Still, I was astounded by the level of rust, and moreover the lack of any mention from the dealership! The entire underside of the car is red with rust. My very experienced mechanic was aghast, and noted how difficult it will be to make any repairs to this vehicle. When I contacted the dealership, the general manager Brandon simply replied "this is Wisconsin, almost all cars have rust." He also blew off the open recalls as being at the mercy of Subaru to have the recalls addressed. I made one phone call and they bent over backwards to assist me. They simply asked me when I would like to come in and it was done. This vehicle was on their lot for at least two weeks, which is more than enough time even if parts were to be ordered. But now ... In addition to the aforementioned issues with the purchase, I am still awaiting Title to the vehicle due to improperly completed paperwork. I received notice from the Wisconsin Motor Vehicle Division that the title had been processed, however it showed the incorrect information for my lienholder. After three attempts, I was able to reach the finance manager to address the issue. While no one is willing to accept fault, he told me that I need to simply wait for the errant title to be returned to his dealership so that it can be forwarded to my credit union. What?! I have spoken with two representatives of the Wisconsin Motor Vehicles Division who have told me that the information was keyed into the computer incorrectly. They state the title information simply needs to be "re-keyed" in order to be reissued. I have also spoken to three representatives of my credit union in attempts to rectify this issue. After my most recent conversation, with Erica in Russ Darrow's title department, I am now told the errant title must be returned to her before the errors can be resolved. I am not sure what to believe. All I know is that I am still waiting for a title from Wisconsin due to the dealership's negligence. I was assured that the 30 day dealer tag would more than suffice until I could register the vehicle. Yet it will expire long before I am able to re-title in Montana, register the vehicle and get plates. Needless to say, I am frustrated.

    Im a fan
by Michael Wiesmueller from Waukesha, WI | September 01, 2020

I insisted on an SUV. Nope...left with the Kia K5 EX. So not an SUV, but I love it. Michael was very patient with me and even drove to Appleton to get the exact color I wanted and delivered it to my house. He stayed until all questions were answered and showed me everything on the vehicle - and there is a ton of stuff. It's beautiful. Finance was a breeze too.

    Very Happy!
by Janisanne from Mukwonago, WI | May 13, 2020

Buying a used car is like adopting a dog... you take a leap of faith and hope you don't end up regretting it. I'm totally satisfied with my Kia Sorento; in fact, the more I drive it, the more I love it. Dennis Cardinal was an awesome salesman, even came in on his day off. He knows his products well. My husband has a Kia, so we're a Kia family now!

    On second thought
by Consumer from Waukesha | November 20, 2019

Originally I left a 5 star review but after I reviewed my contract in the mail I realized I was swindled out of my trade in on my jeep. I take full responsibility for not paying closer attention to the details but the are pretty good at making all look good. I was told a asking price for the Jeep, I recieved a trade in value on my car. They basically added my trade in value to the asking price of the jeep then deducted it off the inflated price to look like I was getting a good deal. So all in all they got my car for free. Shame on me but what a shady thing to do. So my new review is watch yourself and pay attention to the details. They will find a way to make as much off you as possible and with no shame.

    Drove away very happy
by RobertB from Waukesha | November 01, 2019

Stopped in to see the used vehicle inventory with the intention to just browse and drove away the next day with my new(used)Jeep. I was happy with the price and the service. My Salesman was Dennis and I didn't feel pushed as you are with most dealerships. Everyone did their part to make the deal work and in the end it worked out well. In the Future I will definitely keep this dealership in mind when looking for another vehicle.

    Horrible Customer Service
    by Farmer2019 from Milwaukee, WI | July 09, 2019

I called Russ Darrow to quote me on a 2019 Kia Stinger. Spoke with Erica and she said I would get a call back from management that night, no phone call. Days later I called back spoke with another Saleswoman Kazimierz asking for a quote, told again Management would call back, no phone call again! Erica contacted me 3 days later asking me if manager ever contacted me and I said no. Erica said they were "really busy" but I would get a call back by 6pm. 7:10 no call.... I'd say this is absolutely horrible customer service but that would be an overstatement. I would caution everyone because if this is the initial experience I can imagine how anything further would be purposely ignored.

    New Kia
by Jack Bartelme from Oconomowoc | May 24, 2019

had to trade in My Dream Car 2014 Mercedes Benz C350 this was a need as it needed to premium fuel 91 octane or high to run properly. this was not in my budget, however trading my Car in really wasn't something I desired to be doing either. However the one good thing that day was got to meet Kemani King he didn't make the trading in of my Dream car any easier, but he did made it a time that was easy to just talk about anything to make doing what was necessary transaction go as smooth as possible. Thank you Kemani. still miss the Benz

    Positive Experience with Dennis
by JWolf from Waukesha, WI | November 07, 2018

We requested Dennis based on the reviews from this site - he came to the dealership despite it being his day off. He was super personable and great to work with. Although we didn't leave with a vehicle, we enjoyed meeting with him and hope to work with him in the future.
