    Bad. Bad. Bad. Bad. Bad !!!!! The worst service department in California Especially all of the customer cars they serving in this department are Over hundred thousand dollars value. But they dont do the car wash for a customer after each service Unbelievable !!! And thats an acceptable !

    a reminder, when you tell me that it will not take but another 25 minutes for an update, that is fine, but when you come back to me 2-3 times, that is not fine, that should have been on another service day.

    Courtney at Rusnak Masserati was exceptional. She was responsive to my needs and called with periodic updates and was beyond professional jn making sure I was happy with the service.     I have aways been impressed by the Bentleys and when I walked into your show room I was greeted by Tony R. Peluso. He was very knowledgeable about the Bentley and an excellent sales person. I was impressed. At that moment I knew I had found the right dealership. I had looked at several other dealerships but was never really impressed. It was pleasure working with the General Sales Manager, Gerald Freedman. I felt everyone was there to help me and no pressure was ever felt. Ninette Babaian was excellent in doing all the paperwork. In conclusion I would highly recommend Rusnak of Pasadena along with Tony, Gerald and Ninette to all my friends. They were all a ten plus.

    From The minute I walked into the showroom I was greeted by Danika Quinn with the utmost courtesy and enthusiasm. There were no sales pitches. She answered every question and allowed me the space and time I needed to make my decision regarding my Maserati purchase. Throughout the process the entire staff including the supervisor Jerry aNd Finance office Ninette were helpful and sweet!!! I'm thrilled with my lease of the Ghibli and I'm doubly thrilled with Rusnak Pasadena!! Thank you Danika and staff!!!!
