    Was looking to purchase new car... filled out credit app with all info, was told it was partial. Re-filled our over phone. Didn’t hear from anyone for two days. A guy called got all my info again and it’s been another three days still no return call.

    Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! The staff at Rountree Moore Nissan are outstanding and definitely understand what true customer service is. No other dealership could beat their deal and it was without all of the frustration experience at other dealerships. True professional, willing to listen to your needs and do everything they can to not only meet them, but exceed them. If you are looking for a Nissan, this is the place to go!!

    The little sis needed a new car. We drove down to Lake City Florida from Georgia. Rountree -Moore Nissan was the second dealership we went to. The salesman Luis Paganini, told us that they would be our last because he was going to get us in a car. Rountree-Moore Nissan did not disappoint. We came is for a used car and left in a brand spanking new 2017 Nissan Sentra! The sales manager Bryan Wachob went above and beyond to earn our business. He not only gave her the car under the advertised price but he also gave her another discount to make sure she was financed. They made sure we were comfortable and offered the kids snacks. It was a great experience. I suggest anyone who is looking for a car to check here first.

    I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience Rountree Nissan. The dealership was clean, the staff was courteous and on this Saturday even provided lunch for the customers. No pressure and never felt rushed during the process. I felt the salesperson went above and beyond to explain all the new safety features of my new Armada which I absolutely LOVE!!!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

    BEWARE OF WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHING

    Since my earlier review, I have learned the phone number and name of the third party that placed the order for the tag that the tag WAS send back to this dealership, who has given me false information as to tracking it sending me on a wild goose chase BUT GOD as I called tag and title dept., and they were able give me the real information as to what happened to the tag, confirming that it was send back to the dealer on May 30th. After calling them back they are yet denying any knowledge about the tag being returned to them but said that they will continue to track it. At the end of the day on June 30th we are able to re-order the tag. BEWARE OF THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS, THEY LOOK GOOD, TALK GOOD BUT IN THE END IT HAS BEEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

    I had driven my jeep for 14 years. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted. DAN took great care of us. He is professional, honest, patient, and listened to what we wanted out of a vehicle and what was in our budget. He asked questions about what I wanted in a vehicle and what could he do to make this a great experience for me. He worked over hours and let my husband and I test drive what we wanted, to make sure that I found the perfect ride for myself and my family. I am extremely please with the service from this gentleman. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing him to get a great vehicle, a great price, and a great experience! A big thanks to Dan!

    Leased my second Cruze from Rountree

    On april 21, 2014 I purchased my first cruze - great care and got incredible service with a great buying process from Rountree Moore I decided to trade the car in On may 26 for a 2016 cruze lease. I cannot tell you how pleased i was both the first and second time around. chuck Folsom really impressed me. I am now the proud lessee of a new 2016 cruze and I imagine in another two years I will return to Rountree for a 2018 -- great staff great attitude and worth the drive!!!!!!!!! Thank you Rountree for a hassle free negotiation.

    Myron and Rhonda took good care of us again. No nonsense, just satisfaction. I traded a 2014 Chevy Spark, which was a GREAT car, for a 2016 Chevy Spark. The new Spark is incredible.
