  took car in for oil change all fluids not checked, reported to service manger had a follow up appointment for a door lock part asked to make sure all fluids checked and bill said it had a multi point inspection done still not all fluids checked. Washer fluid is still empty, What else wasn't done.

  FANTASTIC DEALERSHIP ALL THE WAY AROUND!!

  My husband and I have been looking at the Kia Niro due to the fantastic gas mileage and it is super cute. We live closer to Gainesville but felt that Roundtree Moore had better deals. We came in Sunday and Kez Ford was our salesman. He is very down to earth and a super nice guy! He and the Manager there helped make it the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I am serious about that. We have pretty bad credit and we were kind of embarrassed about it but they In no way made us feel less than. They gave us more for our trade in than we though we would and gave us a great deal on the Niro. I absolutely love the car and it is more amazing than I thought it would be, it is so much fun to drive!!!! The car is so well made and when we are ready for another car, we will be coming back guaranteed! Thank you so much for helping make it such a great experience!!

  my sales person was tammy bell she was not the first sales person i had the one i started with was not there when i returned after i had already test drove the day before. tammy bell took over and had to do all the papaerwork etc this was the best sales experience i have ever had buying a car when she took care of me she was so interested in my questions and answered everyone . her personality and her knowledge and the personal interest in my purchase was excelent. i would her and the dealership to everyone. also the account manager was wonderful also but i dont know what his name was.
