one happy customer
by normanakers from forte white fl | January 27, 2013I shopped at 5 different dealerships looking for the right price on the truck I wanted. Tired and stresses by dealer after dealer pushing me and not wanting to bend on price, I had a friend recomend Rountree Moore Ford. Go see Derek Mills he said, " he don't play games". So glad I did . He was so calm and answered everything. I liked 2 trucks on the lot and he help my choice on the right one. Price was right without going back and forth. I will never go to another lot as I am very happy with this staff. Thank you guys for all your help.

by chickendancer from lake city,fl | September 22, 2012I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and I would give them a 10 if 10 were available. I spent time the day before purchasing negotiating my price and went back the following day to purchase.I have never had a better experience with any dealership and felt as if I had some new friends when I left there.I felt that I got a fair price on my vehicle and was treated in a way that would most definitely make me want to go back again and to recommend them to friends or family. Thanks Kez,mike, mary and all of the other friendly people there at Roundtree Moore Ford.

by an avid fan from Gainesville, FL | June 14, 2012I recently had the most incredible car buying experience I've had in over 40 years. My salesperson was Aaron Greshman. I was completely honest with him and told him I had some health issues that created my credit score to be embarrassingly low. Aaron treated me with the utmost respect and empathized with everything I had been through. Not only did he give me a great deal, he worked with his finance manager to get me a very respectable interest rate. I would recommend Aaron to anyone who would like to be treated politely and courteously. He worked hard for his sale and I think he has a wonderful future in store for him!

by Southern Fella from Jacksonville,Fl | May 09, 2012Responded to Internet Advertised Price for about 15,345.00, When I arrived that vehicle still had the $16K + sticker plus and added sticker of $450 for fees. Salesman advised me about the selling process for the $16k+, I advised him of the Internet posted price, that that had been CONFIRMED on phone. I offered internet price, Plus tax tag and title. Countered offer lowered dealer Fee to $250. What can you say about a dealer that is willing to lose a sale over $25.

by Knows better from Internet | October 23, 2011I am looking for a Miata through a broker. This dealership is manipulating Cars.com search results by listing a Miata with a tan leather interior, when it is clearly a lower level of trim with cloth interior.
Customer Service Quality of Repair Buying Process Overall Facilities Shopped for a used carDoes Not recommend this dealer.Did Not purchase a vehicle.Do Not buy from them and be VERY careful if you do
by Mattakers from Ocala, Fl | October 17, 2011I purchased this car from them after viewing what was posted online on the cars.com website and their own website and after talking to a representative from their company (Jena Thomas). After a few days I showed up with a car that I had that was completly paid off and traded it for the car they had advertised and was rushed into signing papers and before I knew it these salemen were putting me in the vehicle and sending me on my way the first time I ever saw the vehicle. less than half a mile down the road the vehicle would barely run so I turned around and took it back to them, They acknowledged a problem and commenced to fix it while I went home with a loaner vehicle. They had a driver return the van to me stating it was fixed and after test driving it again there was still a problem. I talked to Randy Sears who convinced me to drive it for the weekend and he would make things right on monday if something was wrong. That weekend the Check Engine light came on and the same problems persisted with it running poorly so they came and got the vehicle and provided another loaner vehicle while the Emissions system was repaired. Got the vehicle back this past thrusday and the van drove much better except for the rear wheel bearing which they would not repair and wanted to charge me $400 to fix. At this point I contacted a local mechanic who would get me fixed without all the hassle. over the weekend we drove the vehicle about 70 miles and the check engine light came back on again. I took it and had the code read and it stated that it was a problem with the catalytic converter system which is what they just repaired. Upon closer inspection of the vehicle it appears they may have used a old part as NO new part was installed as they stated. I contacted them about this issue and was told by Jenna that their people checked it out and everything was fine and that I should have it checked out by someone when the rear wheel bearing is fixed because that is likely the issue. The wheel bearing from what others have told me will not produce a emissions code from the ECM. I would not do business with this company again if they were giving out free cars. All I wanted was a vehicle that was free from mechanical defects as stated and safe for my pregnant wife and three kids to be in. A lot of fast talking and false promises is what I got instead. If anyone wants more info or updates email me at matt@t-msales.com
