    I never write bad reviews but unfortunately this company deserves one. Worst costumer service ever. Tons of hidden fees that aren’t openly disclosed when leasing their vehicles. I won’t be buying or leasing a vehicle from this company ever again. 0/10 stars

    Worst dealership ever!

    0 stars. I was mistaken when I stated the salesmen were nice. They sold me a broken vehicle, promised me they would call me with updates, then didn't. Then I call and ask and they don't have a clue what's going on! I told them that we were backing out of the deal, that they attempted to sell me a lemon and the salesmen said he was going to keep my money! This place is filled with crooks and low lifes. They even said they would call the police on me if I came to get my money because I told them my attorney is now involved! What kind of place is this?! Do not EVER do business with this company!

    Be very careful here. There be snakes...

    Be very careful with these guys. My parents recently brought in their lease return and a salesperson named Patrick took total advantage of my 84 year old father with a lot of fast talk doing his best to confuse him. Unfortunately dad didn’t ask me to jump in until it was too late. My father had 8,787 miles on a 3 year old Tuscon in perfect condition. This is literally the car driven by a little old lady in PERFECT CONDITION!!!! These guys charged my parents over $1,500 just to inspect the car they said they wanted to buy. There is no need for the inspection as they have owned the card for the last 3 years. Patrick informed me this was company policy and he could not/would not change it. I just called the dealership and spoke with Patrick who had defenses for every point I made and when frustrated with me for having to defend his sleazy behavior stated “your father is a grown man and if he can’t make his own decision then he shouldn’t buy a car! He is not my responsibility!” This is the epitome of the sleazy car sales strategy. We all know there will be a very marketable response defending this behavior, but if your seriously considering a Hyundai I would really encourage you to find another dealership. I would avoid this dealership like the Black Plague. You have been warned!!! If you get screwed by these guys it’s your own fault.

    Sorry I wasted my time trying to get a deal here. High price on used Prius and even though I showed Kelly Blue Book price they wouldn't come down on price. Complete waste of my time

    When my car of 28 years finally died, I dreaded going shopping for a new one. I was prepared for the stereotypical bad salespeople: pushy, insincere, all talk and no listening, swooping down on you the minute you get on the lot, bad-mouthing the competition, and pulling a bait-and-switch when you get down to real numbers. Imagine my delight when NONE of this happened. Maybe because their salespeople are not on commission. No one was pushy or tried hard-selling me. Kristina B. handled my test drive and was my primary sales contact. She was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She responded promptly to my texts but didn't bug me or pressure me during the week or so it took me to make a final decision. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable with the whole process. There were a couple little glitches along the way, but everything was handled with courtesy and professionalism. They didn't have the exact car I wanted, so Spencer W., a sales manager, searched other dealerships and found it for me. I didn't talk to him as much as I did to Kristina, but he was also friendly and professional. I couldn't be happier with the process and my new car! I gave them 4 stars for customer service instead of 5 because the phone receptionist sounded bored/annoyed every time I called. 4/5 on facilities because the chairs where you wait are hard wood and not very comfortable. But the overall dealership looks very nice.

    I had a great experience working with the original sale person. However, having to work with a second person(the original sale person supervisor) was not so great . The finance manager was really helpful. Overall It was a good car buying experience.

    Worst ever, I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars, but 1 star is the lowest rating available. I went with my sister to look at cars at the Roseville Hyundai store. We found a car we were interested in and went for a test drive. The sales person was great, but then it came down to trying to make a deal and a manager was brought in. That is when things went down hill. The first manager was awful and the second one they brought in was even worse. The two managers I dealt with were so rude and condescending to me and my sister that I would NEVER buy anything from this dealership or any other dealership associated with Roseville Hyundai. When the managers heard my husband worked for another dealership, I was asked why I didn't buy a car from his dealership. Not to worry, that is exactly what I did...go Dodge. They even had the nerve to look up the inventory at my husband's dealership and question why I did not buy the used Hyundai at his lot. Never again will I visit this dealership nor recommend it. In fact, I will tell anyone that will listen to avoid this dealership at all cost!!

    Where do I start ! I came in one day talked to a great salesman name Tommy he was great he made me feel like I was a valued customer! The pricing was great. unfortunately the car that I was interested in and the trim wasn't available on the lot. I went to another dealership to see what the car would look like with all of the features I wanted with the attention of buying from Roseville hyundai. I call Tommy and told him I was ready to buy. He set me up to meet with his team when they failed to contact me the 1st time. I talked to the sales manager Jason I told him I would come buy on my lunch break to sign the paperwork. I got there and he acted like I never told him what was the deal and I was coming to sign papers on the car for this price. I was there speaking with another salesman that quoted me the one price outside the office. I got ready to sign paperwork and they claimed to have made a mistake now I don't understand how you run numbers as a career but you mistakenly take off 5,000 when it was supposed to be 500. Long story short the price changed 4 different times with my payment then when we came to an agreement the finance man couldn't get the numbers to add up once again! !!!! I walked out and left I was an hour over my lunch break when I told them I was pressed for time. I didn't feel respected and appreciated for considering theme to share in my 1st time buying a car. They played games and didn't even contact me after the fact to try to save the sale. Huge disappointment! !!!!
