    I don’t have the beat of credit...neck - I couldn’t afford to finance AIR! But Ron Carter Hyundai gave me a chance. J. Hasan was paired up with me and when I tell you that man walked a country mile to make it happen! He was back and forth to the finance manager countless times trying to get me to the terms that I wanted and he got pretty darn close! I am one VERY satisfied customer and you can be too! Before you call it quits, try Ron Carter Hyundai and ask for Hasan!

    My Salesman, Jubaydul Hasan work with great hospitality, knowledge and compassion to satify and go over and beyond to assist me. He possess a comical funny down to earth spirit which instantly attracts to you. My every need was met and even more with a great big smile. Mr. Hasan deserves a raise and a paid for vacation. His customer service Rocks...Smile. I Have already told others on this day how pleased I actually. We need more Sales Personalities such as Mr. Hasan.     I went to Ron Carter to trade in my old car for a brand new Tucson. After thinking that I wasn’t going to be able to afford my dream car, I had several people help me make my dreams a reality. Now I have my dream car with all the perks that I’ll be able to enjoy for the many years ahead. Everyone I dealt with at Ron carter Hyundai were super nice and accommodating. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.

    Worst Car buying experience ever!!

    Recently purchased a Certified Cadillac Escalade thinking it would be in as good as new condition, according to the advertised certification process. Flew to Houston to make the purchase. We were told to call anytime we need anything by the salesman and the sales manager. It was raining when we purchased the vehicle, so there was mud on the assist steps. Got home and went to wash and wax the vehicle and discovered paint on the assist step on the passenger side and also all over the fender well. Contacted the dealership and we were told to take the vehicle to a body shop. Notified the dealership we were informed it could not be removed without harming the vehicle. The dealership then informed us they would give us $200 and we could spray paint and fix the problem on a $60000.00 vehicle. We informed them this would not work. We were then told they would shop for the cheapest body shop to repair our vehicle. After all this, of course we gave them a bad review. Now 4 weeks later, our vehicle has not been fixed. We keep getting the run around and have been informed our salesman is no longer allowed to talk to us or deal with us. Worst car buying experience of our life. What happened to people doing the right thing? BEWARE!!!!!

    I really do not like giving reviews because I think most of the time people try their hardest to do what is right. I wish there was a way to give less than this 1 star you see. Ron Carter Hyundai is a poorly ran dealership that pays for its 5 star reviews with gift cards and empty promises. It starts from the leadership and goes down to those in service and sales. Since our purchase in 2015 we have always disliked having our car serviced at Ron Carter Hyundai, but it was convenient regarding proximity. The lack of customer service and professionalism is rampant. You can see it with the faces made by employees after they hang up with a client and hear it when in the waiting area. In January 2019 we took our car in because there was a sound coming from the front drivers side. Service told my wife that it was the brakes that needed to be fixed. $400 later sound was still there. So we decided to have the tires balanced and rotated. Still the sound remained. We recently dropped off our car on 6/10/2019 and they wanted to charge us $145 for the same reoccurring noise. Which we did not believe that we needed to be charged. We were told by Karla that she would speak to Patrick McCellan the Service manager about the charge since we were in for the same noise. She came back saying that the word used to describe the noise by my wife in January was “grinding” and this time she used “thumping”. I explained repeatedly to Karla that it’s a noise on the front driver side. I explained that it was the same noise before and that is not constant noise but it is there. She said she would speak to Patrick but as always in every situation we have had with the service department we were not privileged enough to speak or share our discontent with the Service Manager. I would never recommend purchasing anything from Ron Carter Hyundai to anyone because of the sales experience, but most importantly never have your car serviced here. Unless you are looking for incompetence, and the inability to truly give a customer “service!”

    Inquired about a pre owned 2019 Infiniti Qx80 Limited and Valerie Mariscal emailed me. I told her I may have a trade in, so she said her pre-owned manager would call me. A guy named Carlos called me who was extremely unprofessional, disinterested and arrogant. Initially, he hung up on me when I asked if he was the Manager. I called back and he said then that he was the manager. I text him pics and the VIN of my vehicle and he never responded with any trade offer or amount. A day goes by so I reach out to the actual preowned manager, Tony Gomez. He apologized for Carlos and then took my personal info, including the vehicle for trade. He said he would call me personally in a few hours with some information and numbers. It has now been 4 days since that conversation. I'd never buy from these un-professionals.

    Stephan Payne BAIT AND SWITCH

    Should've paid attention to other reviews - total bait and switch. Stephen Payne, the internet sales manager agreed to a price on email and completely denied the agreement when I drove 45 minutes to buy the car in person. Stephan Payne not only did a bait and switch, he added 3000 on top of the list price for an unexplained "platinum package." In addition to that, he was very rude and disrespectful and started questioning the basis of my offer. When I explained the basis was the best price guarantee that he personally emailed me about, he dismissed that as only limited to new cars which he never once mentioned in the email. Sleazy old sales tactics that dont just seem to get old
