    Most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with

    The most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I live 2 hours from the dealership so I got everything worked out over the phone and through email prior to driving there. After arrival, they explained my new car was now a fleet vehicle (stains all over the interior). The agreed upon price increased by $2000. They forced an additional “paint and fabric protection warranty” for another $3000, which they said they could not remove. All of this was discussed prior and they agreed that this would not happen after I arrived. I was apprehensive about going there after I read other reviews about Ron Carter. My instincts were right but unfortunately I still gave it a try. Obviously I walked out.

    Deceptive and Pushy - Worst Expereince ever

    Just like the other 1-star reviews...shad tactics, unfair pricing, pushy, didn't honor online offers, poor trade-in value. This was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had!

    Adrian Chapa is awesome. He scheduled my Hyundai quickly for the replacement of the window regulator that failed. While there, they replaced belts per the maintenance schedule and all was done the same day.

    False advertising! Beware!!!! salesperson LIES!!

    They advertised they would beat any deal $1000 guaranteed, that they would not be undersold but when I presented the listing from a different dealer. They said it was not the same car BUT IT WAS. Same year, color, trim mileage. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER AND MANY MORE NOW!

    This was very fraudulent. They did not have the car and had 2 listed at a very low price. We were emailing all week as my daughter was coming from out of town to purchase. They would not confirm the price on line. They did not have the car and the tried to charge $2k in extras. They offered $4,500 less on the trade in than we had been quoted by another dealership and what we got later that same day from another dealership where we purchased the same car. They were not professional and very much doing whatever to get you in the door thinking you’re committed once there.

    worst customer service experience ever

    I was involved in an accident in December 2019, we are in March 2020 and my car still has not been fixed. It has been a nightmare, I could go on and on about the long list of things that have gone wrong here, but I won't bore you with the details. The bottom line is that my car WHILE IT WAS IN THE SHOP, was wrecked by a mechanic, an employee of theirs, who was DRIVING A CAR WITHOUT BRAKES! (This alone says a lot about the quality of mechanics they have working on our vehicles) They consistently lied about having gotten in contact with my insurance company. They have consistently lied to me. Every time I am able to get a hold of them, I am told a COMPLETELY different story. Nothing matches and NOTHING makes sense. I have attempted to get in contact with SCOTT (the GM) on several occasions. I have sent several e-mails and have requested that he call me. I have not heard a peep. It is very unfortunate that Ron Carter has this level of customer service. To this day, at this very moment, they still have my car and still, my car has not been fixed properly. I am writing this in hopes that someone will read this and stay away from this place. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. It's sad. Just sad.

    Looking to buy a 2005 jaguar s-type but I live in Michigan. I’ve been buying cars sight unseen and having them shipped to my house. This dealership refused to do a deal unless I come down to them. I asked why can’t the money be transferred by a bank wire and all paperwork fed ex but they wouldn’t do it. Lost out on sale. Looks like I’ll go elsewhere. Staff was nice but their owner / GM needs to rethink their sales strategy.

    I will never ever do business with RC Hyundai. Yesterday my husband and I packed up our 2 children, 4 months and 5 years, after he got off work and drove three hours to see a car we wanted to purchase. The day before I got emails and texts saying I was approved, i told them that i no longer saw the car i wanted in inventory so thank you but no thank you, we have very specific needs and have done weeks of research to find the specific car that would work best with our situation, so we knew exactly what we wanted, we also have a specific budget. So we drive three hors, kids in tow to see this specific car. Get there, check in. Salesman comes out asks for me, flashes a key and says I have been holding this car in the back for you since yesterday. I'm like awesome that's really great customer service! Im.excited, go out get hubby and kids out of car, guy keeps coming out to tell me they are pulling the car around. I'm like awesome! I started getting dings on my phone my real time credit monitoring service is saying they are just now running my credit. I'm annoyed. But hey I'm getting this car so move on, right? So salesman after about 20 minutes comes out and calls us in said there is something irreparable about that vehicle that he didn't know about and the manager said they can no longer sell it ( we looked all over for the car when we got there never saw it) and proceeds to try to sell us several other more expensive cars that are not what we can use. We politely decline and leave. We drove another three hours home so my husband could get 3 hours of sleep before driving to work.

    Beautiful new Palisade

    I stopped in on a whim after seeing that Consumer Reports rated the new Palisade #2 on its SUV list. Hasan took me out in the base model Palisade but explained the various features with the other models. I was really impressed with how smooth it rode and the available features. After pricing alternatives (incl well known luxury brands) it was clear that Consumers Reports was right ... the Palisade is amazing. Two days later I signed up. Since the entire Houston area was top-selling the Palisades I was excited to hear that my ideal color combo would arrive that week. I got a great deal with very little back and forth. While there was a little delay in getting the vehicle delivered, Hasan was amazing (despite my pestering and impatience). I got my Palisade within a week ... beating out several other dealers by weeks or more. Hasan had everything ready to go when I came to pick it up. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. The online videos and photos just can't do it justice. The Limited is the way to go! It drives like a dream and honestly is nicer inside than other luxury SUVs. It seems so surreal but I LOVE it! I can't thank Hasan enough for getting me my first NEW car. Financing was super easy and hassle free. I was very impressed with the brand and am now the proud owner of a Palisade Limited!
