    Great Overall Experience - Quality People

    Bought a used non-Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge vehicle from Rob Howard, internet sales, at Roger Williams. We found the car through cars.com. We had nothing but a good experience and the one hiccup we had (only one key fob), they made good on it. Rob is a true gentleman who stayed in touch and worked with us. He loves the car business and it shows. We flew from Houston to Dallas and they picked us up in the car. My test drive was the 40 minute ride back to the dealership. You can't ask for better! Corey, the porter who picked us up was really nice and a genuine guy. He loves football and entertained talking the Texans with us. Closing the deal was seamless (cash deal) and soon we were on our way back to Houston with a full tank of gas. 10/10 would buy from them again.

    Best car buying experience I've had!

    Bought my truck long distance from Austin, TX sight unseen. Mark my sales person answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed. He pointed out the two blemishes on the truck and where they were located (I had a hard time even finding them when the truck arrived). My bank drafted the check to the dealer Friday at 5 pm and the truck was delivered to my driveway at 12 on Sat. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD BUYING A CAR! Great people and a great dealership!!!! Will always give them a look first when buying my next car. Thanks again Mark, and Roger Williams!

    Fuel pump

    I took my ram truck in to Roger Williams because the fuel gauge was not working. They replaced the fuel pump with fuel gauge float said they found parts of it in the tank. On my way home the truck would surge and lose power. I took it back and told them it was probably the pump because it was not doing it before. They called me a couple of days later and said they needed to let a service teck drive it home it to diagnose the problem. Then they said they needed to flush the tank and lines for $600. I told them I was coming to get the truck to take to another shop. They charged me $350 to diagnose the problem and put 200 miles on my truck. I got another pump put on the truck and fixed the problem. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from them in the last few years. Never again will i do business with them.

    Great experience, friendly knowledgeable staff. Very disappointed that no complementary oil changes were offered. This is the first time in buying a new vehicle where oil changes were not included.
