    My girlfriend bought a 2011 a4 from these guys her first car she has had it for a week and it's already gone to crap very disappointed wouldn't recommend them

    Worth Braving Southbound i5 traffic!

    I’ve been browsing cars for weeks. I settled on Rod’s because they were carrying 3 different models I was interested in. I filled out preapproval paperwork on their website ahead of time and contacted the dealership from their website. This allowed Steve the time to assemble the few cars I was interested in and a couple he recommended. It was kind that he took my family into consideration when choosing and allowed us to test drive all afternoon. I really appreciate that Steve rearranged his day to help us make a careful choice. He stayed past his shift because our morning got away from us. He and his team were attentive without being pushy. Overall, I enjoyed the whole process. Thanks everyone! We are so excited to live it up in our new Batmobile.

    The Professional and friendly staff at Rods Made it very easy to choose a car. Since moving out here 5 months ago I've been on cars.com looking for a used car. I searched 100's and kept coming back to Rods all star auto. The pricing is below all dealers in the area for used cars. The web site is very detailed. I printed out the car's I was considering, went to Rods all star auto, where I was met by Steve Gebauer, sales professional who's customer service was EXCELLENT. I recommend asking for Steve when visiting Rods All Star Auto.

    I first walked into Rod's All Star Auto in 2012, and now if I need anything to do with cars, this is my first stop. I have bought several since then. I recommend them to all of my friends and all of my relatives, and now here to everyone out there.

    I almost never leave reviews and to leave on for a used car dealer is even less often. But I was so impressed with this dealer that I wanted to make sure I spread the word. I originally contacted them to look at a Cadillac and although I decided that wasn't the car for me, I found several other super options and was so pleased with the customer service and the financing they were able to get for me that I was committed to finding something they had. I was surprised to see the huge range of suv's. Probably 50 or so. If you are in the market, do yourself a favor and check this dealership, they were so much better than the others on the same road you will be impressed.

    I was very surprised at how easy and how nice everyone was at this dealership. I have to admit I came in with a chip on my shoulder. I was assuming all car dealers were like the last 3 I was at, but these guys are way different. Every single concern I had was addressed and I never ever felt pushed. In the end I bought a great honda and I love it. So far it has been great, and even if it ends up somthing needs work, I am not the type to get mad a the dealer that was so helpful just because the car I bought needs to go to the shop. I will buy here again. And you should too. They are way better than the others.

    I am currently looking for a specific vehicle that matches the one I had. MY old car was totalled in an accident and I don't have a way to get to the car lot. Patrick Gress has been keeping my in the loop via email for a couple weeks now until I can find someone to take me to look at the car he has available.

    DO NOT WORK WITH STEVE! He was downright rude. We came in with a trade that we still owe on. We were told we couldn't trade it because we owe too much. That is ok. We will keep our car for now. But when we came back wanting to just buy the car without the trade, 0 down, he pretty much laughed at us. We told him we were looking at another car at another dealership. He pretty much yelled and said he was done working with us. We still wanted the car so we stuck around. Bad idea. We applied for the car and he told us he would call us within 30 minutes or so to let us know what was going on. After an hour and a half of no response, we called. He said he would call back in a couple minutes, still no call. He texted me and told me he was still working on it and I just told him to forget about it. No apology for his outright rudeness. I will not be coming back to Rod's All Star auto thanks to this awful employee.

    This purchase is actually my 3rd with this dealer, and each time gets more impressive than the last. I think every time I bought a car was about this time of year (i use my tax refund for large items) and they usually seem pretty busy. Each time including this one i have visited a few other dealers and "shopped", but interestingly i always end up with the best feeling at this store. The cars have always been a good value, and although not perfect, very good for the price. The one time i did have a sorta major issue 3 days after i bought a scion, they simply said bring it in, we'll check it out. I got a call 4 hours later saying "your fuel pump went out, but don't worry, its fixed now with no bill". They paid for the tow in, they loaned me a car, and they fixed the scion. At the time i remember thinking they must have to, from some law. But then my girlfriend found out the hard way that is not a law and they don't have to from a different dealer. I also found out the fuel pump is in the gas tank in that car and its pretty expensive. So i i have soft spot for these guys, i don't see how they could have known my fuel pump was going to fail, so it wasn't their fault, but they took care of it all without any pressure or stress. So when i bought this 3rd car and was signing papers and the same guy, rick was helping me sign papers, and he said "this form says is as is, but if something goes wrong please call, we will always do what we can for our customers. Just be nice and polite, our GM, bends over backwards for customers that aren't screaming ". So its been 2 weeks and my car is great, but i was remembering how much i like this dealer and how the people I've worked with there have been so nice, that i wanted to share it with you all. Maybe the next car i need i won't bother checking anywhere else and just go to Rod's, where i know i will be happy.
