    They were nice and the truck was great I just couldn’t get past the high dealer handling fee. I would have bought the Titan if they had worked with me more on the price.

    So, Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers has the absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. They buffed the scratches on my car. Now it’s even worse. They told me to live with it. Don’t look at them, the man said! The car had remnants of what were supposed to be windshield wipers. When I brought it to their attention, Aaron said he would order me new ones. My car has 3 wipers, he ordered 2. When I brought that up, I was told I was only getting 2. After a 30 minute conversation about how many wipers I had on the car they sold me, I received 3 wipers. It took 2 extra trips to the dealership because the first trip I was only given 2 wipers, one of them was the wrong size. Then I had to go back to get the right size one and the third one! I was having tire sensor issues that they did take care of BUT forgot to put to valve covers back on 2 of my tires. Yeah you all are done touching my car! I have asked multiple times for the 70 point inspection process that is advertised on their website that supposedly every car goes through before being sold. ROCKY MOUNTAIN AUTO BROKERS refuses to discuss this with me. I have emailed the Better Business Bureau hoping they can get the information I so desire to read. By the way, it cost $799.00 and is called “dealer and handling fee”. I bought it! I want to know how and what that applies to. Personally I believe there is no 70 point inspection process. Hopefully the BBB can clear up my concerns because the dealership is hiding information I paid for! I THOUGHT THE DAYS OF LYING TO CUSTOMERS WERE OVER! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP,,, EVER!

    My salesman, Neiman Lee is an awesome man! If and when I buy my next car, I will do my best to hunt him down! I got bumper to bumper coverage for an extra almost $3,000, but had to do it. Buying a used vehicle is very scary! I love my new used car don’t get me wrong BUT... 1.) There are scratches on the hood that I didn’t notice at first due to the fact I bought my car at night. These scratches are supposed to be buffed out today. 2.) No windshield wiper fluid, NONE. It was completely empty. 3.) The windshield wipers need replaced. The driver side is missing part of the rubber even. 4.) The 2nd fob didn’t work. They replaced the battery! 5.) The oil was a quart low. 6.) There are no floor mats! Front or back. 7.) Door trim is coming off. Looks terrible! 8.) Pin striping is coming off in 2 different places. 9.) I was charged $800.00 for a processing of car fee. I didn’t get my $800.00 worth! I will be asking about this in DETAIL today. This is also my second trip back to the dealership since I have bought my car, 9 days ago. I hoped the next time I returned, I would be buying my next car from them. Not so sure now! I highly recommend you never buy a car at night! Daylight is your friend. I would have caught the scratches, the pin striping, the windshield wipers and the door trim! As for the fluids being low or non existent shows me they are just trying to move cars off the parking lot. I am a customer, not a number! No floor mats and handing me a fob that does not work is just cheap, cheap, cheap! IF MY CONCERNS ARE ADDRESSED, I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW AND I WILL RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Again, I love my car so if they won’t fix these things, I will! P.S. - ASK FOR NEIMAN LEE WHEN YOU GET THERE.... great man! He also gave me a box of Girl Scout cookies at the end of sale. Too cool!

    I had a very bad experience. Be careful on everything. get everything in writing that the sales person promise you .They lie on everything. They’re very rude and they don’t care. Stay away from( James ) sales person He’s a liar. And all mangers rude .

    BEWARE!! Inspect cars before signing papers..

    BEWARE!!!! Don't sign any paperwork until you have car inspected by a third party service place. They will push you to sign everything right on the spot. I just bought a car from them and took it for inspection. Found out that car has bad shocks. They only willing to pay half of the price to replace them and making it look like they doing a big favor to me. And there is no return. No satisfaction guaranteed!!! BEWARE!!!!!

    I won't go into details but we had a serious engine problem and we were worried the warranty wouldn't cover it and we would be out a vehicle. Jay was so curteous and his coworkers were fantastic! They promised they would follow up with us and not to worry and sure enough all my anxieties were relieved when they called me this morning Andy let me know that they fixed the issue and I have to say they have gained a customer for life. I can't express the gratitude I have for this business and how thoughtful and wonderful they are to work with.

    found a great deal on a subaru

    After searching the denver area as well as south we found a great deal on a 2012 subaru impreza. We called about seeing it on a Friday afternoon and set up a time for Saturday morning. They called us on our way down and were waiting for us with the car ready to go on our test drive. Jim and Mark were great to deal with and we found the experience to be very pleasant. The show room was very comfortable and overall we were extremely satisfied with the service and the deal that we got on the car. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
