    I purchased an used car today from the dealership. Working with Issac, GM, finance officer, and staff were pleasant and wonderful. One of the best experience I ever had with a car dealership. Not to mention, price was great, no haggling back and forth needed.

    Shopping online, found the2018 QX60, 21,444, sent a chat message asking for the cash price, they said we will have to get back to you, the next day I get a message from Noah, that says the cash price is $23, 424, plus additional dealership fees, taxes, title etc., ARE YOU KIDDING ME, what causes a 3 yr old suv with 2 past owners to increase in price??? I thought to read the reviews but now I see, this dealership is full of GREEDY WOLVES, STAY AWAY, THEY SEE ONLY MONEY WHEN YOU SHOW INTEREST AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET IT.     So I searched high and low for a vehicle that would fit my family and our budget. I found it at this dealership, perfect, we took the 2hr Drive, looked the car over, then began to talk numbers. Well this is when everything changed, I came in ready to make a cash purchase of the car, for the prices I saw online and I know tax title reg, etc aren’t included but this dealership charges an extra $2500 servicing fee, for cleaning the car up, plus some other markups, that were over $5k, so the online price is low, but then they pull the wool from your eyes and add on the additional fees, Ali came over to talk with us about what we wanted, he said he would check some things and never returned, I guess I didn’t look like a bag of money, so we left, 4hr Drive and a bad taste of Rocks in Stafford.

    Darlene, Khalid and GM Ali were wonderful

    I bought a vehicle yesterday and the service was just about all I could have asked for. Darlene Breeden had excellent customer service and time management. Khalil was very helpful and the manager Ali was very knowledgeable, reasonable, personable and honest. There were other representatives that went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service but I did not get all of the names. I would recommend Rocking Nissan of Stafford and specifically, Darlene, Khalil and Ali to anybody looking for a vehicle. The only issue I had were the fees were a big high, but any large dealership with a similar amount of overhead seems to charge fees higher than I prefer.

    They called me initially I verified the price that was on cars.com and they said they would contact me the next day and of course they did not. So I contacted them and they would not answer the phone or return a phone call.

    I saw the perfect vehicle online. It checked all the boxes. We drove almost 2 hours to get there. The salesman we dealt with was good. The problem came when we asked for the cash price for the vehicle after the test drive. It came in $6000 over the online price. We then endured the finance the car speech and finally left, deflated and upset. GAMES are not my speed. Shame on this dealership. They don't ROCK at Rocking Nissan in Stafford,VA.

    Bad experience I left the car there for a recall and 4 hours went by and they told me it was in the garage getting checked but I walked outside and it was right there in the parking lot, I had to take it to another nissan dealership

    I talked to the dealership extensively about a Nissan Murano SV and started off from my home (40miles away) to buy it. Halfway through the uber ride I noticed that they updated the web posting -- to say the car was sold. And this was less than 30mins after they confirmed that the car was available and I could come over and see it later that eve.
