    Joey Cox handled the sale, he was professional and courteous.explained and answered all of my questions perfectly. Excellent sales rep! Joel Jack handled the financing, knowedgable and professional, a joy to work with. All in all a great experience, highly recommended dealership.

    I ended up purchasing from Rockie Williams in January, and have used their service department. I happened to see a particular truck I liked on cars.com, but will simply not buy because it's at Rockie William. I'll take my business elsewhere.

    DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE! I took my Ram 2500 here to have recalls resolved when I bought the truck. I've had nothing but trouble ever since! The 1st recall they attempted to resolve zapped my radio completely and had to be replaced. It took 3 weeks! So, the 1st month I had the truck it sat in their parking lot, but it was eventually replaced. The 2nd time I took it in for recalls, I picked it up and my remote start, auto door handle unlocks, and auto high beams no longer worked! After months of trying to get it resolved and given the run around, I was told that it was a "calibration issue" to bring it back in. My wife and I took it back and waited over 2 hours for the "calibration". The remote start worked again, but not the door handle unlocks or the auto high beams. So i go through months of trying to get it resolved again, only to be told "we don't have anyone here today that can look at it." And "our desiel guy quit on us this week, i call you when to bring it in." Then I find out the service rep I had been working with was no longer with the Rockie Williams dealership.. and it been a downward spiral since. I talked to Will, the service dept "manager", about my situation and he had me bring it in Thursday, June 10th. He put me off on one of the service reps who showed no real concern for my issues and the 1st call I received from her was to tell me I'd be $1600 to fix my truck. The point of my complaint is I took my tuck in 3 times to this service department b.c it's the closest Ram dealership to me and EVERY SINGLE TIME I'VE PICKED IT UP IN WORSE CONDITION THAN I DROPPED IT OFF. and now they refuse to fix issues that they are responsible for!! I've also talked to Billy who is the "General Manager" and still no help and issues they have caused.

    Waste of TIME!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE

    Me and My husband I came to the lot for a specific truck, after the test we sat down and waited for over an hour to hear from the finance guy only to be told that they could not get in contact with a bank after hours. We asked if they could let us know in the morning if they could spend over the numbers. The salesman called back with a payment almost three times the amount we were comfortable paying, and asked that we put down $1300 in order to get us in a $650 payment on a $27K vehicle. My husband has excellent credit, he even asked him for a co-signer. Clearly, this place is "padding" numbers to get customers to pay more... BE CAREFUL WITH THESE FOLKS!

    I conducted an online purchase. Lacy, the sale rep, was prompt and responded to all of my questions. He provided an in-depth walk around video. The process was better than expected based on their flexibility. Before I left from Memphis, everything was in order and the same until the final sale. Lol, after getting there, I realized Lacy didn’t know much about the 2019 Sierra Denali because they specialized in all thing Dodge!! However, he new how to prep n sale a truck, plus a tank of gas! Good job Lacy n team!! I failed to mentioned, I was the last sale of the day/year Dec 31, 2019 @ 9:00 pm.

    Chrid was extremely helpful. He came back to the dealership at 1130 in the evening to show us how to turn off the lights inside the new ram 3500 that we purchased that evening. I will definately buy another truck from Chris.

    UNETHICAL! RUN!

    This dealership is beyond UNETHICAL. Last week I purchased a 2017 Mini Cooper from them. Since I am out of state I had overnighted them a cashiers check planning to finance the vehicle the following week with my local bank and the next day I arranged for transport. Once I received the vehicle I found that they did not send any of the paper work or title. Now after a week of getting the run around from Hans Keener and Jeremy Brooks I finally spoke with what I believe to be a manager Kelly she informed me that they do not have the title yet. THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITHOUT THE TITLE? Not at all legal. When I pressed her for an ETA she rudely informed me she did not have one but once they get it she will overnight it. I understand it takes time to clear titles but at no point did they tell me they did not have it. Furthermore they should not have sold it until they had one. I was laughed at and informed this is a very common practice. Now I have to wait weeks to get the vehicle financed and to add insult to injury they ignored my calls when I was simply trying to inquire about the documents. Thinking it was a simple mistake that can be handled in a day. This company has horrible customer service from top down and does not operate ethically. After seeing how they operate on the paperwork end I can not imagine what corners they cut with the actual vehicle.

    Wrote an email asking about stock # J8101B , a Ford Escape Titanium AWD in White. Purchased an Auto Check Report - Found an Accident the Dealer was not reporting. Questioned them, gave them the report, Salesman said their Caxfax didn't show the accident, and therefore there is no damage. Be aware and check all sources you can, these guys are not reporting accidents on used cars!

    Excessive Doc Fee.

    I’m sure it is an ok dealership, but they have an exorbitant doc fee of $599 and they are unwilling to adjust their pricing even in the slightest to compensate for it. I went there looking to buy a used truck they had listed for $19950. I was willing to pay full asking, but was not willing to pay the excessive doc fee. They still have that truck and have marked it down $1000, so they would have come out ahead selling to me. In the meantime I found a better deal on a newer truck from Carvana. It was a much smoother process and there we no added fees. I would recommend skipping this dealer and trying Carvana instead.

    Fantastic experience

    I really can't think of anything that would have improved my experience buying a newer used Ram. Cody made the process low stress and walked me through every step of the process. He made sure I had the best answer to every question. Sean was great to work with in the finance side. Excellent customer service all around and I left feeling like I'd gotten a great deal.
